Day of the week format not correct in JIRA

Since our JIRA 6.0 upgrade, the day of the week is not showing up properly in some places. It shows as an integer rather than the day name.

Should be: Michele Grimm added a comment - Wed 10/23/2013 10:41 AM

This includes:

• Issue detail view: all date fields
• Comment tab
• History tab

The Activity Stream is unaffected. The Issue Navigator is unaffected.

Our Date-time settings appear correct in Admin.

We are currently on JIRA 6.1.1 and the issue is still occurring. Any ideas?

Admin->Look and Feel date settings

or look at Admin->System->General Configuration->Advanced

Try checking your Look and Feel screen in JIRA.

If the Look and Feel page seems correct, you may also want to check the Advanced configurations in your General Configuration screen.
