When using validator to force fix version field , then Clone a bug is not possible

I mean clone is not possible is that no new bug is opened when cloning, just it doubles the original, with out even adding the new summary.

while removing this validatior, clone is working as it should be,

we use plugin version 0.5.5 with Jira 6.1

Please can you comment on this?
