Can JEMH send attachments with Notification Emails?

For the last 8 years Jira has been unable to include issue attachments in notification emails sent to users. If JEMH is purchased and configured can it send issue attachments along with notification emails?

Hi Phil, Yes. JEMH can inject attachments added at the time a comment was made, whether text or html format is used. Additionally, the release I'm just about to make also adds inline image support to outbound notification (JEMH can already convert a HTML email with embedded images into inline imagery in JIRA through the use of the Wiki Markup renderer for Comments/Description). Some configuration walk-throughs;

• Incoming email Inline configuration
• Outbound email Inline Image configuration

There is a know issue at the moment in that email notifications for JIRA users that are 'default' (not a JEMH TemplateSet) get rendered by JIRA, rather than JEMH, so the addition of attachments doesn't work, however, I will be working on resolving that in the near future
