Problems with Create and Link Plugin

I Configured Create and Link pluin in JIRA 5.2.2 and added a JSP file as specified in documentation but i did not find "create and link" option in the more options. I found couple of issues.

1. When i access a issue, i am getting the following error message.

2013-01-29 12:10:00,553 http-bio-8522-exec-3 WARN spatruni 730x1460x3 vbg6ah 10.107.182.104 /browse/BUG-545 [plugins.createandlink.conditions.CreateAndLinkCondition] No license installed!

2. Although i installed Create and Link pluin, if i search this plugin again in the UPM, it is showing this plugin details with install button instead of manage button.

If yes, I would recommend you to contact the plugin vendor directly to address the issue that you are experiencing with their plugin to ensure a timely response from their side.
