Hi @Steffen Vester - you can add user groups e.g. "confluence-user" in the settings for your user directories as only or as one of the standard groups for any new user added to system. Depends on the configs of your user directories. See Example for LDAP config here.

Hmm - ist there a page layout on the site or any other macro running or maybe a theme on the site which you may not see in preview? Any html/css style which may cause problems? For me it looks like a cutout in the saved version. Did you try another page to include? Does this happen on other spaces too?

Hi @Lily Leavitt this is the Page properties macro right? Which column did you define for ‚Sort by‘ in options? When you define ‚Titles‘ as sorting column it should work. Maybe there can be some problems with numbers -> 1.9 before 1.10 but you should definitly give it a try. 

Hi @Hemingway He when working on a page using TOC macro is maybe also a good idea. A combination with the solution mentioned by @Poorvi Jhawar could probably help you.

Hmm - alright I can understand your frustration - definitly. Seems like there are several problems with apps and and systems 😣 What can be a solution for the links is using the anchor macro. Do you think that it's a problem according only to confluence 6.12.4 because I made the links with 6.5.4.... I found a nice fancy app…

@Zart Colwing - that's interesting. Did you give it a try? I made a page called CüxéÈ and a headline C'est écoute -> worked perfect with CüxéÈ#C'est écoute when you make a link using Link -> Advance and create the link manually. Even when you change the page name the link still works (and is changed).
