It sounds like to me that you have a "Default Notification Scheme" that is being applied to all projects in your Confluence instance. You need to create a separate notification scheme and apply each separate one to each space. That way you can customize which notifications users get based on which page is being updated or…

It looks like you are using a software project and not a service management project. The top left of your page shows JIRA Software where it should say JIRA Work Management. I think this is your first issue to sort out.

@Darryl Lee You need this field for sending the data to roadmapping tools and for listing as a column in Structure. That's the whole reason it was created in the first place. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I would review this page for creating company-managed projects - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-and-edit-a-project/ and this page for team-managed projects - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-edit-and-delete-team-managed-projects/ and if you're trying to…

Also take a look at the "Browse Users and Groups" permission in your Global settings because you can't @ someone if you can't browse the user directory.
-
Is there a reason you can't do this from the administration panel in the GUI? Adding users to the administrators' group is quite simple from the front end.
-
You'll have to look up how to do this in Firefox or other browsers, unfortunately, I'm not sure how those ones are done.
-
You need to go into your chrome settings and look under the "Search Engines" section of those settings. Under "Manage Search Engines" you need to scroll down until you get to the one that references JIRA and delete it. This should resolve your issue.

The avenue that I take when creating new projects that I want to have the same or similar schemes and configurations between them is copying the configurations/schemes and other items I want to share, and rename them with the new project name. The reason I do this is to keep the projects partitioned from each other so…

I know that the special characters in your string are removed from the search. We strip the following characters from search terms: !"#$%&'()*+,/;:<=>?@[\]^`{|}~- Link - http://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/search-in-bitbucket-cloud/ The above link should help with how to search in bitbucket. My guess would be…

If you don’t need the tickets in that project anymore you can also archive or delete them depending on the Jira version you’re using. You might want to also look at the project settings before reusing it to make sure it still fits your needs too. Like @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- said though if you want to use it just use it.
-
You can also create a screen with the resolution field on it and add it to the transition that moves it to cancelled and your closed status so you can pick the resolution of your Choice
-
You can always delete the reopen transition from your issue close as another option. Some admins also make a fixed or resolved status that can be reopened then use the second close you have as a final close step. So there’s nothing wrong with your approach. If anything I’d just rename that issue close step you have to…

Can you provide more details on what you’re not seeing or seeing?

If you have a plugin like scriptrunner then you can create a custom scripted field that will show your date and time stamp based on when you put your issue into your completed status. I’m afraid I’m not skilled enough to share code on how you’d do that exactly but I do know that there are plenty of other leaders here that…

I’m afraid this isn’t a thing yet. The best I can suggest is setting your time to midnight. https://help.trello.com/article/794-adding-dates-to-cards

From my experience with a very similar setup confluence groups don’t replicate back into Active Directory or LDAP directories. It’s a step that is admins just have to do manually when setting up users in confluence. I see this as a security feature in a way because you only give admin to those you want to.
-
If I remember correctly using Jira service management you can set up your service desk type project in the project settings to allow users to create tickets via email. I also think there’s a way to configure Jira core/software under the incoming email settings for this functionality as well. This link should…

The backlog view can be activated inside the boards settings. Once in the settings proceed to the columns settings. There should be a backlog column where you can drag your desired backlog status into that column to make the view appear. If you don’t have access to the settings you will need your JIRA admin to do it for…

Hello. Welcome to the community.

For item number 2. You need to go under the “issues” section of your administration tab and you can find it up in the top right hand corner of your screen. Then you need to go into workflows and create a new workflow. You can configure it however you’d like from there. Once you’re happy with it then you can apply it to…

Have you tried doing status not in (Canceled,Done) I’m sorry but I’m not fully understanding what you’re doing but I do know the jql needed to capture or not capture multiple statuses. I hope this helps you.

You’re welcome!

Did you assign the new issue type to your project? It needs to be in the issue type scheme of the project in order to use it
-
How are you trying to convert the issues to sub-tasks at the moment?

I try to have dedicated days where I don't do meetings unless I have no choice. If I know there's something that I want or need to do for work, I will go out of my way to block off my calendar for a large chunk of time so I don't get zoom meeting requests. On days that are crammed full of zoom calls or are getting full of…

I would recommend creating a new workflow. You could create a new schema but I would do that if you couldn't add just the new workflow to the issue type in your project. Basically, the steps I would take is: * Create a new workflow. * Under the workflow section of the project go to "Add Workflow" * Select the new workflow.…

What I do to lock down user access is I create a new group for that user or set of users and allow it to assign licenses/seats to users in that group. I then give that group in the project of my choice the users and developers roles. Since the group I created is different from my default users group that I use for users…

You're very welcome.

Hi @Justin C_ It sounds like to me that your workflow for this board needs the cancelled status added to it with a post function assigned to set the resolution to cancelled. Then you should be able to map that status to your done column on your board. it is possible to have multiple statuses assigned to a column on a scrum…
