Hi @Bryant Browning I can't speak to other NYC agencies that might have done their migrations, but I can speak to my own experience. I have worked with other entities that have compliance requirements for migrations. I can provide some guidance if you'd like. If I do come across someone from an NYC Agency however, I will…

Sadly not @Andy Gladstone . I have to go into the US to get it nowadays. I used to be able to get it as a kid no problem before I moved out here. We just get the Cranberry stuff now out here though.
-
This was my favourite as a kid, but I can't get it anymore where I am. It's probably similar to strawberry if I was to guess the flavour.

Raspberry Ginger Ale -- Hands down easiest comfort drink.

Hello, You will need Atlassian Access licenses for configuring Okta or Microsoft SSO, for ANY user that needs to use SAML SSO. I hope this helps
-
You can do that, but I would just continue to export for them as the reason that permission is not available is because of security reasons.
-
Hi @b243677 To export Confluence pages to PDF your guests will need the "Export" permission on the space in order to do it. I hope this helps

Hi @Janine Chapman You can hide sections based on section answers in the forms configuration. It sounds like you will need to use automations to create tickets based on the fields in the sections of the form. You can do that in the automation section of the project settings by: * Click on the "Create rule" button to start…

Hi @Tori Griffith Welcome to the community. Jira does not have a built-in feature to automatically reassign issues from one user to another based on the user's availability status or out-of-office status. However, there are a few options you can explore: * Jira automation: You can use Jira's automation feature to create a…

Hi @Kartik Vighne Have you by chance taken a look at the customer notification templates in the project settings? There is probably something in the HTML or CSS code that is creating that divider. You can find those settings here: I hope this helps.

Hi @irinawork and welcome to the community. The /rest/api/3/attachment/{id} endpoint in the Jira Cloud API also does not provide the actual width and height proportions of the thumbnail image. However, you can use the /rest/api/3/attachment/{id}/thumbnail endpoint to retrieve the thumbnail image itself, and then use an…

Hello @Alejandro Abrio Maraver and welcome to community. I'm not an expert at Trello, but you can try the following to see if it works. To rename your Trello account, follow these steps: * Log in to Trello and click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen. * Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu. *…

Some other things I'd do in order to use a fuzzy search would be putting NRR in the ticket summary field. So it'd be something like: Summary ~ "NRR*" Personally, I'd start the ticket with that. To my ticket summary would be something like: [NRR] This is a new requirement or NRR: This is a new requirement Or another option…

To add to @Brant Schroeder 's answer, you would need to have an idea of all the ways NRR is used. Your JQL will probably be something like: Labels in (NRR,NRR:,NRR1,NRRxyz,nrr,nrr:,Nrr,NRr) Or you could do (which oddly works more smoothly) Labels = NRR or Labels = nrr or Labels = Nrr Basically, you need to know all…

Hi @Manju The format I had to use in the past was: <https://www.google.com|Google> The above would output the following: Google I hope this helps.

Hi @Tom Cavanaugh Welcome to the community. You can actually create dynamic forms using the Forms option in the Administration panel. You create dynamic forms by adding sections to your forms and then configuring them to show/hide based on other field options configured. Once the form is created, you assign the form to…

Hello @kelly.jee Confluence Cloud by default doesn't have the proper product administration or site administration permissions needed to allow site admins to delete personal spaces. You're going to need your org admin to do this for you. Also, be sure to advise the Org Admin to create a Confluence Administrators group for…

Hello, Welcome to the community. I don't think you can recover deleted Trello boards.

Hi @Daniel Suarez Welcome to the Atlassian Community. The Free Plan, on Cloud is not able to be hosted on a server. Atlassian has moved away from server hosted plans, and all instances are hosted on Atlassian's network. If you require a local on premise version you'll need to explore the Data Center licensing options. The…

I was trying to do this in Cloud Software Company Managed Project. However, the person that will be doing this in the future won't be able to go through the Settings in that manner.
-
I have been accessing it through the ... option when doing advance JQL searches and selecting Import via CSV. I did try accessing it through the other method you suggested too, and got the same answer that I have the limit.
-
Right... The other thing I can think of trying is just clicking on Run if it allows them despite the errors. They might have to look at their logs to see what errors they are getting there.
-
What happens when you click on the "View Errors and Warnings" link ?
-
That is a good point @John Funk . I would need those too.

A full list of some kind. If you go into the System Settings > Filters or System Settings > Dashboards you get a full list on the site for those items. I don't see why Boards has to be different. My use case is I'm verifying settings between instances.
-
Hi @Walter Buggenhout I appreciate this, but unfortunately, it doesn't help. I was truly afraid that there wasn't a way to do this. I know on Server and DC you can do a check via the DB to pull the full list, but I was hoping to find one for cloud as well. Thank you though for the help.

Hey @Jimmy Seddon While going through the bulk import steps there is a stage where it asks if you'd like "validate" instead of test your configuration before it does the actual import. It won't import the csv file until you hit the import button. If you do the validate step, it will validate then ask if you want to import.…
