Excellent idea. I have done almost the same thing using ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud. I haven't used Jenkins. All within Jira, CMDB, ScriptRunner and client custom scripts/API (bespoke automation) but you can definitely use Bitbucket pipelines with ansible to deploy that. Regards

You can also use groovy with scriptrunner for Jira app. The only one condition is that you need REST API exposed by Oracle. Or (bad solution) you can connect directly to the database using either PowerScript or ScriptRunner and make your SQL request.

Trello is not that customizable. For my point of view Trello is good fit for small business or for personal use not for Entreprise having big teams and needing insight on portfolio roadmap, teams ...etc .
