Great as always @Community Manager

This is doable. Here is the logic: * Trigger: Issue created * Condition: Use JQL in order to filter on "Issue Type" and on Custom field value that you want * Action: Do whatever you want (transition, edit, comment, email ...etc)
-
You can use project roles For Jira Service management, you can use the role dedicated to agents named "Service Desk Team" role.
-
Sounds like it is not yet fully supported: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-72631
-
Are you in a company-managed or team-managed projet? In order to retain values, you need to have the same fields in both issue types. Meaning: * If you have a text field named "A" mapped to source issue type and projet, the same text field should be available for the destination issue type and project * Same rule applies…
-
By "Doc Portal" do you mean "Customer Portal"? By "Open comments" do you mean "Open requests"? If yes, search for open and closed requests is available in the top right hand corner in the customer portal.
-
Gadgets are used in dashboards and not in tickets (issues). "Request Participants" (Only used for Jira Service Management) is a field that you can add to a screen and then to your layout
-
You can use 'smart values': Documentation * Issue Id: {{issue.id}} * Issue summary: {{issue.summary}} * Issue Key: {{issue.key}} * Issue type name: {{issue.issueType.name}}

-
Question1 : Use a quick filter and use a JQL query (Advanced JQL especially "Epic Link", & "Parent", there are examples in the documentation) Question2: Same as question1.
-
Yes sure. All database config are in a file named "dbconfig.xml" that you can find in the root of your Jira home folder. This file must be accessible/readable by the system user launching the Jira process Can you also check the location of your Jira home folder…

we are inspired by how Amazon have meetings and especially the fact that in the beginning of each meeting everyone takes some minutes to go through a document stating what is the meeting about and what should be achieved
-

-
try playing with "... changed ..." like " status changed before currentLogin()" and combine it with jql functions about groups and roles.
-
Gamify work like what AWS does
