Hi Beakon, As long as the Resolution field has a value, JIRA will consider it resolved. You can set it to Done. However, if you would like to create a new resolution, you can do so in the Administration console. For documentation, refer…

Glad you got it working. In that case, the Part Number field must be a Single Line Text custom field type and not a Number custom field type. Can you please take a look and confirm?

Hi Andrew, There are no limits on how many custom fields can use wiki renderer. I suspect it might be a configuration issue. Can you please try the solution provided at https://community.atlassian.com/t5/JIRA-questions/Troubles-with-wiki-style-renderer-for-custom-field-text-field/qaq-p/265301 Specifically, the field…

Hey Al, If it is a Select List custom field, try setting the options as shown in the image attached. Cheers Bhushan

Hi Karan, You have specific requirements that will require significant customization. I am not aware of an add-on that provides these features either. You might want to consider implementing it as a custom add-on by implementing the Project Tab Panel module. More info…

Hi Mike, The number field only supports =, >, <, >= and <= operators. It does not support wildcard searches. For your use case, you might want to consider using a text field custom field that supports wildcard searches. Thank you Bhushan

Hi Beakon, In JIRA, issues without a Resolution Field is still considered unresolved, hence being included in your report. Can you please try marking the Resolution field of some of the DONE issues? Then validate if they are displayed on the report. Refer…
-
Tyler, I believe the "Assigned to me" gadget only displays Unresolved issues. Hence, you can try setting a resolution to "Deployed" on issues that have been Deployed. You an also automate setting the Resolution using workflow post-functions.

Hey Simon, What do you see in the logs? Thanks Bhushan

Hi Bopanna You can use branch level permissions and a branch naming convention to limit who has the capability to merge. Take a look at the documentation available at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BitbucketServer/Using+branch+permissions Cheers Bhushan

Hi Vickey, You can run your own testing on the database of your choice but if there are critical issues that you need Atlassian Support team to help with, you will only receive support with the supported databases. Hope that answers your question. Thank you Bhushan

Hi Seda Can you please confirm if you are able to manually resolve the issue? There are permissions involved when resolving an issue. Check whether you have the right permissions. Also check your logs to check if there is an error being thrown.

Hi Anne, Deactivating a user does not delete content that originally belonged to the user. Drafts will still be available when the user is activated again. Since it is only visible to the user, there is no option to delete it from the UI to system administrators or other users. Drafts will be deleted when the original page…

Take a look at the example at https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/4.3.5/jira/listeners.html#_custom_listener_example Try def mIssue = ComponentAccessor.getIssueManager().getIssueObject(event.issue.getId()) def key = mIssue.key

I edited the answer below. Please accept if it resolved the issue

That might be the issue. Notice the Sub-filter on your board is based on Fix Versions. Either include Fix Versions in your Field configuration context or remove the Sub-filter from your board.

I am suspecting it has to do something with permissions/filter/custom field. Can you let me know if the issue has Versions field available in the field configuration context?

Hi Omer Notice the Sub-filter on your board is based on Fix Versions. Either include Fix Versions in your Field configuration context or remove the Sub-filter from your board. Thanks Bhushan

Hi Brian You will have to use ScriptRunner and use a Post Function in the workflow transition to check the statuses of all linked issues of type "Duplicate". Note, there can be more than one linked issue. See https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/4.3.6/jira/recipes/workflow/postfunctions/set-issue-attributes.html Bhushan

Hi Alka Refer to the documentation at https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/what-is-an-issue-720416138.html If you are new to JIRA, suggest taking a look at some beginner courses available at atlassian.com/university.

In the "CC" field, enter the email address of your inhouse team members. As long as the email address is associated with an Atlassian ID account, they should be added as request participants.

Is it a single select list or a multi-select list? Try adding the values in different columns but the same header.

Hi Karmen, Summary is a required field in JIRA. Not sure what the structure of your CSV is but you might have to clean it up to contain one issue per row. If you can provide more information, several users in the community should be able to help here. Thanks Bhushan
