It looks like everything that was there to make sure the new issues are linked to the epic they were created from has been removed. I'm still trying to dig through the rest of this.
-
This script seems pretty hard coded to only account for those 2 issues in 2 projects. This will actually end up being N projects and X issues based on other logic, so I'm needing something that is less hardcoded for specific counts like project a OR b and issue 1 OR 2. Also, I've got about 20 some odd watchers to use.…

We always put our tree up on the day after thanksgiving. I can't remember a year where this did not happen. This year we've been pretty busy, so the tree is still yet to be decorated, but hey, it's up!

The only thing I would have liked to do differently was to have our shopping lists created ahead of time to make black friday shopping easier ;)

I am grateful for being part of a community that truly cares about each other. I am grateful for a wonderful career which has provided me opportunities to meet some amazing people, and for an amazing family to spend the time away from work with.

I think you know my answer ;)

This is awesome! So happy to see the Trello community blossoming!

We have the exact same problem! I found this feature request from 2015, where Atlassian introduced new functionality to cloud in 2016, and still nothing for us enterprise data center customers paying the big bucks! https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-3038

Does Tempo planner have any of the concerns around load/upgrades that come with Temp Time Sheets?

The Inverted Taco * Taco Shell * Sour Cream * Guacamole * Onions * Cheese * Lettuce * Meat * Salsa on the side * Removed Lime b/c it has no place ruining a taco :P * Removed beans b/c this is a taco not a burrito! Now our heavy meat keeps all of our light toppings locked deep inside the shell for a less messy experience ;)

Even though I was there, I still love being able to check out the videos afterwards!

We run a Data Center instance with 2000 users and 250 JSD agents. We currently have 441,497 issues in 121 projects. Everything is super snappy!

We are also seeing this on 7.10.2

@Kimberly Deal _Columbus ACE_ was actually the first person I ever met at Summit purely because of how cool I thought the idea of Chuck was. I absolutely had to get my picture with him, and I did! The next year, just before Summit, I was recruited to be a co-leader for Dallas. My first thought was, "I HAVE to find a mascot…

For me, to be completely honest, I was looking to see what job opportunities existed to build my career on the Atlassian ecosystem. I was working at a company where I was responsible for managing the Atlassian stack as a "side job" to my primary duties, and the company did not see the value in a dedicated Atlassian role. I…

Thanks for the suggestion Rick! We have previously done workshops around setting up Service Desk, advanced workflows, JQL tips and tricks, and most recently reporting around JSD. We plan on tacklign SLA's and can work in JSD specific workflows taking advantage of things like "Approvals" in the future!
-
I am trying to do this same thing. Have you found a way?
-
Same question here
-
We are experiencing the same issue in AWS. Did you ever get this figured out?
-
When the logic to trigger the SLA counter is hit for a second time after stopping (not pausing), then it restarted the timer. If it comes back to that state after a pause, then it will simply keep rolling the existing time.

HAHA, my neck was a little sore ;)
-
HAHA, I pity da fool who tries to wear my flair! I'm totally bringing all of these, plus my 2016 buttons AND adding new ones at the next summit :P

I got my 37 pieces!

* What is one way Atlassian products have shifted the way your team works?* Atlassian tools have brought a degree of transparency never thought possible with IT work. We have confluence reports, backed by JIRA data, made public to all users of our organization to show what projects IT Operations has in flight, who is…

Digging an old thread, however I think an explaination of what badges are available, and how to earn them, would go far to help build usage in the new system.

Are your incident tickets in the same project as your service desk? Furthermore, are the parent tickets in the same project as well?
-
We always have to manually create the ticket ourselves, manually inputting the customers information. I am watching this topic to see if there are any better answers.
-
I don't dislike your suggestion, however I have a couple of questions. 1. Are you suggesting people manually go into the "triaged" list and pick their own tickets? 2. How would you prevent agents from "cherry picking" the easy tickets?
-
Is there a way to do this with time fields? I was able to use this same code, however I get a result of 0, and I'm thinking it's b/c my custom fields are time/date fields. I am attempting to calculate the total duration between two custom date fields using: import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor return…

You could also make priority a hidden field in your portal with a preset value for priority.
