Hi @Edward Hunter , here is a article that I believe will get you to where you are trying to go. New-batch-notifications-and-look-up-capabilities
-
Hi @Sara Petrosian , it should not take that long unless something is off with your file. Try a sample file with a single row and see if it works. If it takes more than a minute then check your columns for anything odd.
-
HI @Carlie Barr , here is an option to consider. Use Automation to inspect the Sprint field for > 1 entries and send that info in an email. Note: I used Scheduled trigger simply so I could easily run at will from w/in Automations screen. My JQL finds issues resolved since first of the year. Add your email in the red area.…

ah yes...of course. old knowledge dies hard. :-(
-
i would have a multi-project rule that triggers on status changes of issues in the non-master project and then change the linked issue's status in the master project.
-
i see. I don't have DC to check but please refer to this article - managing-service-project-notifications
-
correct.
-
Hi @Tim H_ , do you have the invite notification off?
-
Hi @Alessandro Lopez , for this you will need to create a multi project or global automation rule. Moreover you will need admin access to all projects that you wish to clone from. You would want to create the automation rule such that when an issue is created in any of the "from" projects it would clone to the target…

Hi @Saad Ahmad , the first thing to check is the "epic status" to insure it is not in the Done status. This is different than the "issue status". Lease feel free to share a SS of your missing epic.
-
Hi @Emilia KASPRZYK , yes by employing Automation. * trigger - issue created * action - edit issue and select Summary and use this smartvalue - {{issue.custom1}}.{{issue.custom2}}.{{issue.custom3}}
-
Hi @Dan Allenby , yes, this is absolutely possible. trigger - issue created If/else Condition JQL - created >= startOfDay(7) and created <= startOfDay(19) action - set custom field to "inside of hours" else action - set custom field to "outside of hours"
-
Odd. It exists on my free plan. Maybe that will change at some point for me.
-
Hi @Saji , this is available in Free. Unsure why you did not see before and you did after upgrade.
-
I am undecided. I need to give it some thought this week for sure.
-
Hi @Saji , it would be great if you could share a screenshot. I recall seeing where Organizations is moving outside of Customers view. Customers should show under project settings > people with service desk customer role.
-
Thanks. Please consider accepting one of the answers here that helped you zero in on the cause.

For TMP you can certainly add start date to the layout. It isn't available in Properties that I have seen. But unclear why it is needed for assessment using Excel. If you are trying to set the start date when the issue transitions to in progress, then I would use automation for that purpose. Then, using excel you can…
-
so do you consider an issue started when it transitions to say In Progress? You could consider a custom date field and use automation.
-
hi @Vinícius Pereira , you can't do that natively with jql unless you somehow include the parent status into the sub-task, e.g. with a custom field. however, it seems odd that the parent can be considered done when the sub-task(s) are not.
-
sorry i don't have server version to test with. i would search the community for clues if you have not already done so.
-
Hi @Foster Jacob _BEG_ENG7-NA_ , can you provide the details of your use case? When do you want to send email and what issues will be included. For example... I want to notify each team member on Monday morning the list of issues they have that are due this week? or... I want to notify each team member daily of the issues…
-
Hi @kanav_kapoor , it appears that your instance was updated to an experiment that Atlassian has been running. Here is an older post discussing this. given you are on Free tier I am unsure if you can request them to change back.
-
You need to navigate to the location I mentioned above to remove a customer.
-
Single backlog per project. I wouldn't declare it as a project equals a team, but rather a team has its own project. I guess it comes down to what these individual teams focus is. For example, if one of the teams focuses on the UI than the project is associated with all things UI.
-
Hi @William Pénet , how do you wish to notify the watchers? If you wish to send an email, you could try the following in the email address field for the associated action. {{issue.watchers.emailAddress.join("; ")}}
-
Hi @Varun Rao , "epic link" has been obsoleted and replaced by "parent". This might explain the cause.
-
Hi @Declan_curzon-hepworth , Jira is quite effective at supporting multiple teams on a single code base. With that said it is difficult to say how best to configure for your needs with the info provided. You might wish to have a single project and use Components to define the different teams focus (e.g. UI, Platform,…
-
@Balakrishna Gudla , you should be able to go to project settings > access > people and access and click remove for the specific user.
-
Hi @Ferry Portier , I expect that article reflects the Sam changes outlined here - The-new-navigation-Coming-to-you-in-2025. Which is what both I & Aditya are referring to here. Are there further questions here? p.s. you should be able to add screen shots here by clicking the picture icon in the menu bar when adding…
