Sorry, that is what I meant to say. 😉 I am out of ideas here and recommend contacting support. If you do and get a response back, please do update me here, as I am interested in the cause.

Hi @Sandeep Patil , welcome to the community. I would recommend that you start with the documentation here as it is very effective at guiding you on what forms are how they're used and how to configure them. use-forms-in-jira-service-management

Hi @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens , so those that will be reporting issues definitely need to be pare of the project so that they can report issues. The one last thing before contacting support is to verify that indeed the "Reporter" shown in the permissions is indeed associated with the Reporter radio button when you go into…
-
@Donia , do you have further questions beyond what I last posted? Note, I responded within my thread and recommend using Reply rather than Answer button when replying to someone so it maintains the thread.
-
@Ferry Portier , I would open a support case if you hope to control the version on your instances.
-
you could consider using the Widget feature and embed this into a webpage and of course there is email creation.
-
Hi @Gomathi Sundarraj , I recommend using either the Excel or Google Sheets extension to do this. Basically, within excel or sheets, you will be able to run a JQL query directly and get the results that you desire and it is not limited to 1000 issues. You can then save to CSV…

Just for test purpose it would be interesting to add a specific user to the notification scheme create event and see if they are notified.

Maybe consider setting up a JSM project for external customers and use Advanced Forms. The use Automation to create a linked issue in your JWM.
-
Hi @Tom George Menachery , this would not be possible using automation. Automation operates on issues, not on admin permissions. Moreover, automation is something that happens after the fact not before an action is attempted.
-
Hi @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens , is it an issue for all reporters? Is it specific to this project, I.e. are reporters receiving emails when creating issues in other projects?
-
I am wondering if using an Issue collector is an option? This does require that you are using a company managed project however.
-
There are a number of templates that I draw from and I'm always trying out new ones, but my go to includes: story board and annual calendar.
-
Hi @Pranjay Chauhan , welcome to the community. The way JSM works is that customers are free users. Only agents, those who work on the issues, are licensed (paid) users. Does this not meet your needs?
-
Hi @Santhosh Raj , You could consider using automation to send an email to a non-licensed individual. The body of the email could contain a list of issues and formatted to include the desired fields, e.g. key - summary - status... if this is something you're interested in, I strongly encourage you to use the search bar in…

Tôi không hiểu câu hỏi của bạn. Vui lòng giải thích chi tiết hơn.

Thanks for sharing. I guess the important bit is "depending on the type of field". Oddly, it appears that Contains isn't supported for text based fields. If not for text fields then what type is it supported for I wonder? It would be interesting to hear from Atlassian on this so you might open a support request. Might be a…
-
Hi @Denniz Elci , this seems like a candidate for Atlassian support.
-
Absolutely A bit of googling will yield things like... use-jira-cloud-for-slack an-easier-way-to-use-jira-with-slack
-
Hi @Donia , welcome to the Community. Where in the documentation did you see this? Can you share a link? As you have found that option is not available and I have not previously seen this. Possibly something that is coming but I am unaware.
-
Hi @Debaditta Sarkar , welcome to the Community What am I looking for here? Do you have a question we can assist with?
-
Hi @Kumar, Pilli Pradeep (Citco) , welcome to the Community. Unfortunately no you cannot. You should see something like this when deleting a comment.
-
Yeah, that's what I find interesting. I've been using Jira for many years and I've had this one instance stood up for probably four years and I don't ever recall seeing it. I'm sure I just missed it but for sure, none of my old projects have it. Now my instance is a free instance, so it might be related to that. I will…

To be clear you are trying to search for a user by typing their name and they don't appear but if you go to project settings > access > people and access and search here you find them with a role of Service Desk Customer? Note~ don't look under "Customers" that appear in the main project view.
-
Hi @Roberto Navarrini , are these missing individuals listed as Customers in the project? That would be a requirement to set them as reporter.
-
Hi @John Borth , you can disable individual rules under project settings > automation. It might help to understand the cause more fully before disabling however to avoid potentially impacting others. Without more info I cannot guide you further here as there are so many possible reasons for the duplicate messages. Feel…
-
Yes understand the ability to disable/enable epics panel. Thanks for clarifying.
-
Hi @Jason Rogers , that is interesting. I have never seen that Epic radio button and don't see in any of my current projects. Is this Cloud?
-
@Carlie Barr , did this work for you?
-
@Amy Schindel , the aforementioned remains unresolved and the latest info is posted there.
