So I have landed on the solution but have one error to work out but wanted to provide an update here to everyone. So the clue came when I looked at the field type and being listed as unknown. Ultimately I tried to use "id" instead of name or value based upon this finding. So my current JSON looks like this... { "fields": {…

thanks @Karan Sachdev , it isn't multi-select but rather single-select. Good tip on the API. I will check that out. I am quite puzzled by why my initial attemps have not worked based on my past successes. I'm sure it will be obvious once solved.

hi @arielei , thank you for responding. Unfortunately, not all fields are available in the drop-down selection. It can be very frustrating especially when the field is an actual system field like Category in this case. This is why I am using the advanced JSON approach and leveraging the custom field ID.

Hi @Divan van Zyl , that is odd and seems buggy. Is this happening for multiple users and browsers?

Hi @Houda Laabadi , welcome to the Community. Please note that the Community is a user forum. You can reach Atlassian Support here. With that said, if you have the necessary permissions you can change your subscription tier yourself by going to system settings > billing and click on Manage for the product(s) desired.
-
Hi @Christèle Michel , is this a company managed or team managed project. If CMP go to system settings > work items > custom fields. Find your field and click on the… On the far right. Select contexts and in the next screen click edit options and finally disable those values desired. you cannot do this in TMP unfortunately.

BTW, rather than Resolution I often use "statuscategory != done" since sometimes projects don't set the Resolution. :-(
-
Ha! Indeed it seems so. I guess normal language only goes so far. ;-)

Hi @Samvel Simonyan , you might reach out to Smartbear.

Hi @Miriam Grühn , that is puzzling. As a test, I wonder if you could try this in a sprint that has not started? You can just create a new sprint and add a test issue, then progress it through the statuses. Feel free to share the board filters here just so that we can have a look at them. One thing I will note is that the…

Hi @Mrityunjoy Maitra , I don't have an answer for you and possibly there is an issue with your instance. However, I can offer some next steps. I suggest discussing this with your Org admin if the issue persists. As an org admin I would: * inspect the users details to ensure everything looks ok (system settings > user…

Hi @Mrityunjoy Maitra , are these individuals intended to be licensed users of the app or defined as Customers with portal only access? If you go into system settings > user management and search for one of the users then view details what access details are shown?
-
If it is one customer then verify that they are indeed in the organization. You could try removing them from the org and re-adding.
-
Hi @Alyssa Humiston , is this happening to multiple customers and on multiple browsers? What about other JSM projects? If the answers are yes then this might be a bug and should be reported to Atlassian Support.
-
@Jira n Confluence explorer great Great! please consider accepting the answer.
-
Hi @Amal Johnson , you could use a single long math expression like below (shortened here to 3 fields just for brevity) or consider using variables for each value and then sum at the end. {{issue.customfield_xxxxxx.multiply(0.7).plus(issue.customfield_yyyyyy.multiply(0.7).plus(issue.customfield_zzzzzz.multiply(0.1)}} I…

Hi @László Kíra , is this on multiple projects? If so, I would definitely report to Atlassian support. I have not experienced and have not seen others reporting this.

Hi @Jira n Confluence explorer , welcome to the Community. Dashboard gadgets are generally driven by JQL filters and JQL searches are associated with work items (issues) not projects. There isn't a query to find "projects" that have been updated. However, you could use the following JQL to find issues that have been…

Hi @Sumukh Shashidhar , welcome to the Community. Thanks for your efforts in helping the Community. We often deal with a great deal of span in the Community and the spam filters sometimes make mistakes. I do know that there are limitations on the quantity and frequency of posts from members especially for new visitors.…

Hi @Gustavo Ernandes Jardim Franco , you should see something like below to add a child. For the first child you use the initial image but once you have a child added you can use either method as shown in the second.

Hi @Julian Haines , I have not used this specific report but, similar to other reports you need to edit it and add each desired series. You might look at using a dashboard to see if you can use change type as a statistic for gadgets like pie chart.
-
Hi @Julian Haines , have you looked at the "all changes by type" report? Note that this report only applies to ITSM project as far as I am aware.

Hi @zonweizhu1225 , I have flagged your post for assistance.

Hi @Anitha R Nair , working from memory here...give this a try * {{issue.At Risk Time}}.diff(now).days}}
-
Hi @Derek Troy , it appears that you are on a Free plan. If that is the case then you don't have access to Atlassian Support services. Is the issue that you want to update the site admin or something else?
-
I researched this a bit more and unfortunately I don't think this is possible OOTB. I expect there are solutions using third-party apps.
-
Hmmmm... Actually that is inaccurate...my memory is failing me here. Let me play with this a bit....

Oh...I think you are asking how to restrict the association of different sub-task type to the parent work item type. So that you can't add some sub-task types to some parent types. I believe this can be accomplished in CMP project workflow by using the issue.parent.issuueType.name property on the Create transition.…
