Hello! Could you please try the following: * Open the repository settings * Select the repo path and click the "edit" button * Change the URL / Path to: `https://USERNAME@github.com/A/xyz` where USERNAME is your username * Repeat this step for the other repo with the corresponding account

No worries! Thanks for the update.

Hmm... could you try the second part of my answer? Try unchecking "Refresh automatically when application is not in focus" in the general settings and see if Sourcetree refreshes when you switch back to the application. If that doesn't work, the only other thing I can think of is that you may have an anti-virus that…

Hello everyone! This has been a tough one to debug on our end. To attempt to address the issue, we've made a change that will be rolled out in the 2.5 release. Hopefully this will solve it. Thanks!

OpenSSH actually won't work with Mercurial in Sourcetree, but it's up to you when using Git.
-
Got it -- thanks. Looks like this is part of a known bug that has already been patched in the development branch. The fix should be released in the next week or so. Thanks!

Hello! We (and the Mercurial wiki) recommend using putty/plink for SSH. Do you have a specific reason for using OpenSSH? Could you try putty/plink and see if you still get that error? Thanks!

Hello! Could you upload a screenshot? Thanks. こんにちは! スクリーンショットをアップロードできますか? ありがとうございました。

Hello! Could you reply back with the Bugsplat crash ID so I can further debug? Thanks.

Hello! If you hit F5 to refresh, does that work? Additionally, can you check the per-repo settings and check if "Automatically refresh" is enabled? To do that: * Open the repo * Click "Settings" in the top right corner * Click "Advanced" * Make sure "Automatically refresh" is enabled Alternatively, you can uncheck "Refresh…

Hello! If you hit the "Details" button, what's the output?

Yep, this is a known bug that's already been patched in our dev branches. This will be fixed in the next 2.4.X release.

Hello! Looks like you're trying to interact with GitHub. Rather than needing to enter a username and password, you can add a Remote Account that uses OAuth which may solve your authentication issues. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do that: Once you click "Refresh OAuth Token" your webbrowser should open. Follow the…

Hello! This is currently a bug and has been reported in our tracker. As a work-around, you can still add an account via the "Remote" tab on the "New tab" screen which will do the same thing as the "Accounts" screen via Options:
-
Yeah, you can find them here.
-
Sorry, not currently. We'll have to do more testing using IP addresses to figure out the root cause but I suspect that's the cause. After cloning the repo you should be able to drag the folder from Windows into Sourcetree while on the "Local repositories" screen though.
-
Hello! Yes, we do staged rollouts. Additionally, I can confirm that this is a bug and a fix will be included in the next release. Sorry about that!
-
Hello! Can you check and make sure that the "Re-open repository tabs on startup" setting is enabled?
-
Hello! Can you try removing the colon in your URL after the IP so that it looks like this: ssh://username@108.160.90.21/home/username/website/www If that doesn't work, you can clone via the command-line with the following command: git clone ssh://username@108.160.90.21:/home/username/website/www Please note: git doesn't…

Hello! When finishing a feature with git-flow, check your settings and see if "Delete branch" is checked. I suspect it's checked on one, and not the other:

While it's not recommended that you auto-sign your commits, there is a work-around that you may use on Sourcetree for Windows: Setup git config to use your GPG key: git config --global user.signingkey YOUR-KEY-GOES-HERE<br> Then, set git to auto-sign your commits: git config --global commit.gpgsign true

Hello! Could you try running the push from the command-line? You should be able to just type: hg push

Question: have you set your Unity settings to serialize as text, or binary? Git will auto-merge by default if it doesn't detect any conflicts.
-
Hello! This appears to be an issue with git-flow where it will not allow commit SHAs to be used when starting a new feature (I'd suggest that you file a bug here. If you'd like to start a new feature from a branch, then I'd recommend just typing the name of the branch into the "Specified commit" box. * "Working copy…

Hello! If you're using Sourcetree for Windows, you should be aware that there's a max file size for both text and binary diffs. You can change that default under the "Diff" settings:
-
To add to this: the error you’re getting indicates an error when wpf renders using directx. Try and update your video card drivers. You can find them on the website of your device manufacturer, or sometimes from Windows Update.
-
Hello! First, which OS are you using? Second: this sounds like a bug in the way Sourcetree parses the filters. In the meantime as a work-around, you can use: *.jpg filter=lfs diff=lfs merge=lfs -text to track all files with that extension
-
Hello! This is actually a problem in your script. You have the "EXIT /B 0" at the end of the file, but you don't return exit code 0 for the other 2 exits. Sourcetree uses the exit code to determine if it's successful or not. The fixed script should look like this: ECHO OFF SET FullPath=%1\%2 SET DirectoryPath=%~dp2 if…

Quick question: does your repo have submodules in it?
-
Hello! This is a known issue that will be fixed pretty soon. Please see this thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Sourcetree-questions/SourceTree-will-no-longer-start/qaq-p/642054 Thanks!
