This seems suspiciously like you turned the breadcrumbs into tabs. I do believe the only way would be thru an addon. Look thru each of your addons and see if any have some sort of tab setting.

I followed the same steps, recreated your DB layout and csv file, and did not see the date subtracting one day. There must be a local setting that is interfering with your import. I'll poke around and see if I can find anything to suggest.

Since you are premium, you can become that user and remove the restriction.

You can paste the link to the anchor in the card, but it currently doesn't work. If you save and then edit the card the anchor reference will be removed and it will just be the page url.

I'm not aware that the attachment macro has any permissions settings. My instances do not have permissions settings. Can you provide a screenshot of where you are setting permissions? Overall permissions are set at the space level or via restrictions at the page level.
