Hi @Johanna South Have you considered cloning the initial child instead of creating a new issue?
-
Hi @vincenzo.spatafora You'll want to use the smartvalues to grab the comments when using lookup issues. {{#issue.comments}} Comment by: {{author}} at: {{created}} {{body}} {{/}} {{issue.comments.last.body}} {{issue.comments.first.body}} - the body of the first of many comments {{issue.comments.size}} - count of comments…

Hi @Dhilip R The parent page is the current page you are on when you hit the create button. If you are looking to create pages under your personal space, be sure to navigate to it first then hit the create button.

It was probably a pillowcase tied to the end of a stick.
-
In the summer time, it would be camping out in the forest. The rest of the year it was probably sleeping over at a friend's house.
-
I would think you would need to branch to also clone all subtasks. If you just want to link to the Subtask, then "linked Issues" is the field to select.
-
Hi @Yamily Barthel-Sanchez I've asked Atlassian support to help out as they would be needed to sort this out. You have found the Community Board, we are volunteers who help answer each other's questions.
-
Hi @Digvijay Singh Gehlot I would normally attack this via Scriptrunner's behaviors. Here is another question that is very close to your request except they are using another field to limit the choice list instead of the user.…

Hi @Anna Generozova Я думаю, вам нужно будет обратиться к администратору вашего сайта или в Atlassian, чтобы решить проблемы со входом в систему.

Hi @Harsha Shridhar Please post screenshots of the section of your automation rule that updates the Epic and we can see if we can troubleshoot it with you.
-
Hi @Alicia Pena In Automation there is a different set of options to achieve the same results. You have the option to clone all fields or you can select ones you want. This is the doc if you want to do this via JSON, https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/advanced-field-editing-using-json/

Hi @Kristin Lyons The API updates will trigger the same email notifications that would fire if the action was done in the GUI. If you want to run something from the API that would avoid sending out notifications you would have to account for that somehow in the notification scheme, which I do not think is possible without…

Hi @Carl Louis Berger I'd reach out to your Confluence admin to see if they can help. Without knowing some of the basics, like if you are on Cloud or Datacenter, we are just guessing. If you can't find your company admins, try posting a screenshot of the login screen and we can probably determine if it's cloud or…

Hi @신지은 예, 현재 또는 특정 공간으로 검색을 제한할 수 있습니다.

All Marketplace addons will require your admin to install them. However once installed, they all (as far as the ones I have used) are open for use by the end user.
-
Hi @Brian Taylor It is possible. You'll want to trigger off of your "Done" transition, then clone, edit the clone and update the Due Date based off the field + 6 months. I suggest you play with the Automation on a test project, see how far you get, and post any problems you may have here and we can guide you. Good chance…

Hi @Kyle Pitts What you are describing are often called tooltips, if you search the marketplace you can find many. I won't promote one marketplace vendor over another, so you'll need to test them and find the one that works best for your situation. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=tooltip&product=confluence

Hi @KfW Confluence Do you have any error messages in the logs? That would be my first place to look. <home-directory>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log <home-directory>/logs/atlassian-synchrony.log Once you have narrowed down what the log files tell you. This is a good troubleshooting guide.…

Back when I was in the Army, just out of training in OK, my first duty station was to be in South Korea. I was handed a travel packet and told to find my way to St Louis for transport to Korea. When I got to St. Louis, I got a big grin from the woman who reviewed my travel orders, and she said, "you'll want to go buy a…

Hi @[deleted] Can you let us know how you are doing the Cloud migration? Knowing the steps you took may help us troubleshoot. Also, what exactly are the errors with the links after migration?
-
Hi @David Rodriguez That is weird. Does this happen on different browsers? Is it just yourself that has seen this behavior or can you confirm this happens for other users? Have you tried it from another computer?
-
RSVPed for all of them

Hi @Keith Donner Looks to be a new feature being rolled out. I would assume all of your sites will see it shortly.
-
Hi @berecom In Confluence permissions are positive (granting) and restrictions are negative (limiting). You need to grant Sara access to the HR space, then restrict all pages from Sara in HR except the one you want her to view, if that page is a child page you need to give her view access for that entire tree. You need to…

Hi @Nina Winwood I played around to see if I could find an answer for you, however, I do not think this is possible. The different workarounds I could think of still give you the edit link and not the eventually published link.
-
I agree
-
Hi @Kevin Taddeo I hate to tell you, but you can only delete attachments you have added. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/delete-an-attachment-on-an-issue/ You can only delete attachments that you’ve added yourself. I find this annoying too.
-
Hi @James Arthur That is all it is. It's not a new product, it is pretty much a set of feature flags getting turned on for your instance.
-
Hi @John Rossoni Can you elaborate on what you are looking to do? Is it just for one sprint, is it active, or do you mean for the entire project? For a more in-depth and (what I found as entertaining) discussion on unlocking the sprint field, see this question from a few years ago.…

Hi @Dimitri Cools Yes, I can confirm you are stuck with it on Cloud. https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/managing-user-requests-for-marketplace-apps-781394968.html Disable user requests The user request feature is enabled by default in Server and Data Center applications, but you can disable it for your application. You…
