@Jimmy Seddon I agree. I prefer the online proctored exams. My office is not without wall art, and lots of junk, I haven't been asked to cover or remove something on the wall or on adjacent desks/tables. The thing I've been asked to do the most is verify the other computers are off. However, in the early days, I had an…

Not a big sports fan, but I enjoy watching the game. This year I was going to watch it solo, got a bunch of snacks ready, and situated myself in my easy chair with about 30 minutes to game time. The power goes out. Ended up going with a neighbor to a sports bar and watched it there, was surprisingly not crowded and had…

My family moved across the state a few years after I left my hometown to join the military. I have never had a reason to go back. I have a lot of fond memories growing up in that small farm town. I drove thru it 2 years ago while I was visiting New England, but I didn't stop. Didn't look like it had changed much in the…

Hi @Rob Hearne Yes, create a user locally, the internal directory, and use the email alias as the email for the new user. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/add-and-invite-users-138313.html

Hi @Jason Krewson Sorry, your question was automatically marked as spam, that is weird. This question from last year may shed some light on the problem. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/The-problem-of-displaying-numbers-higher-than-6-digits-in-the/qaq-p/2448179 It looks like the solution was in…

Hi @Sanjivani Iyer Is this for documentation purposes? If so yes a database would make sense. Is this something your application would be dynamically accessing? Then no, I would not use Confluence.
-
Hi @Bob Churchill It's not random. This email goes out when a guest is added to a space to warn users that someone from outside the organization can now see your space. If you do not want guests added, work with your admin to restrict adding guests.
-
Under the space settings, you can re-order your pages. Move all pages below the current homepage and they will re-appear on the left nav.

I do have a drawer full of old cards, not by design. It started as a junk drawer and old IDs took over. I will share a pic of my conference badges. I started collecting them back in the 1990s.
-
Hi @[deleted] The user would need at least view permissions on the origin page.
-
Two ways to get the link. After adding the pic, right click and show in new tab, then the link is the URL for that new tab. Add the attachments macro to the page, and the pic file will show up as one of the attachments.

Thanks @Lauren McGoodwin RSVPed!

Thank you @Annie Lu Not sure how I missed this post last summer, but it was a good read today in the snowy cold weather.

Congrats all!

Thanks @Sherif Mansour

Hi @Farah Ali ما عنوان URL الذي تبحث عنه؟

The way I figured this was inline or link mode has no size adjustment. Only using that next icon gives you the ability to put in the numbers for the dimension.

Maybe you are trying to delete your instance? https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/
-
Hi @박경수 (Kyungsu Park) It's usually a sizing issue. Since it showed you the picture in the preview and let you adjust the zoom, I would assume it's not an unsupported filetype. I would also have suspected if it could preview it had passed the size requirements. Try resizing it before uploading and see if that helps.
-
Hi @[deleted] Did you follow these instructions? To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact.
-
Hi @Sofia G You can use a Number field. Scroll down about 1/4 of the following page: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/custom-fields-types-in-company-managed-projects/
-
Are you sure they are not in any groups? A group membership is required for product access, so if they can access all spaces they are in a group. https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/default-groups-and-permissions/
-
Hi @WEB ADMIN IATAI Pics or it didn't happen :) I would look at what default groups your site is adding to new users and what groups are allowed access to each space. It's likely you have a default user group that has access to all spaces.
-
Hi @Jenn M If you edit the image you should get the option to resize. I wish they would stop mucking with this, but you have both the link, org size, then the choose your own size, in the below example, I have 460 x 287. Click on the numbers and you can edit them. Not the most user-friendly way I've seen.
-
Hi @stuerza It shouldn't take more than a few seconds to maybe a minute. You do need to refresh the page.
-
I keep a broken refrigerator in my garage because it has 20+ years of conference stickers.
-
That is Confluence.
-
Hi @Kevin Moss I tried to reproduce this, however I was able to link to existing images. In the below example, I have a page with the image file 42806.jpg which is the "Cheap Candy Day" graphic. I was able to copy the link to the file and paste it on the page (I just put it at the bottom), then after it converted it to the…

My lists are only mental, no physical ones to avoid leaving evidence. Except for the ones I put in Trello.

Hi @Jon Ripperdan Have you taken a look at Blueprints? They offer more options than templates. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/blueprints/
