Hi @Ponnappan Ganapathiya It's probably best to ask support, or contact an Atlassian partner to help you. There is more information needed that you shouldn't put on a public forum to be able to understand what is going on with your site(s) and subscriptions.

exciting to see Loom in the collection

Happy 2 year anniversary!

I was also behind in this series. They have provided me with insights on JPD this morning

Another great video in this series

I wouldn't want users to use bulk change. My "other idea" would be to set up a company policy to encourage bribes to the Jira admin to make updates for you. Automation as @Bill Sheboy suggests would be a good approach after initial clean up.

I'm enjoying the videos in this series.

Like the timeline view

Hi @Gabriel Alves dos Santos Yes placing these under a visible parent page (or folder) would solve this.
-
Hi @SianS I wouldn't use Bulk Change. I'd export to CSV, remove the word clone from the subject using sed or search and replace in your favorite editor, then reimport back into Jira.
-
I agree, but if I have to fight something I find the easier way. Export. tweak and import was how we did it before bulk change was available.

Hi @Will Shen I would assume it's a bug. If you can reproduce it, record how often it's prematurely expiring and create a support ticket. Atlassian Support

Hi @Joeri Delvoy Is it possible the create screen used for the Software project's work item is shared from a Service Project?
-
Hi @tdg1999 My security friends would say, have your app prompt the user for their PAT and to never share your PAT.
-
Sounds like a great time to buy some snacks for a developer and ask for a favor.
-
Hi @tim_morgan As the org admin you can add yourself to each 'app' as an admin and you will be able to add/delete user permissions.

I don't believe any exists. You could easily script this to get the list of all content then loop it thru the check. Something like this (untested from AI) And for some reason code block isn't working in the forums atm... import requests from requests.auth import HTTPBasicAuth # Configuration CONFLUENCE_BASE_URL =…

Hi @Kent Chiu Take a look at this answer from a year or so ago. Solved: Find pages still using Legacy editor @Henning Stoll posted an answer that uses the API to find the pages using the old editor.

I let @Alex Ortiz find the changes for me.

I do feel better when I'm out and accomplishing things that is not in front of a computer. The inertia can be tough to overcome.
-
Hi @Steve Hooczko I'd export to csv, make your modifications externally and reimport.
-
Hi @Jason Liu I would suspect a permissions issue.

My kids are in their 30s and no grandkids yet. When they were young it was mainly church gatherings and events that kept them busy in the summer. If I had time off it was road trips and Disney or other amusement parks.

Hi @Caroline Thom What error do you get when trying to edit it? Can you edit other pages? Is it just this one page? Are you an admin? Can you look at permissions? If you are a site admin, is there anything going on with your site? If you are not an admin have you asked your Confluence or site admin?

Hi @Mobin Francis Test Cases are more of a Zephyr thing than xray, do you mean Test Plans? In xray you assign the test executions, not necessarily the plan. In the Test work item (issue) type, there are three different assignee fields to filter on. TE assigneethe display name of the assignee of the Test Execution…
