Have you tried playing with labels and having a label report macro on the different state summary pages? When a new release is published you put the appropriate labels on it and it will show up on the pages configured to show those pages with that label. You can use labels per state, region and a catch-all label for when…

The superset would be just leaving that field empty. For the editing the layout, I was referring to the pages where you want the related labels to appear and not the page that is produced when you click thru the label macro.

Hi @Margarita I don't know of a way other than looking at the rule's configuration.
-
Hi @Mårten Woxberg I couldn't find any official statement that leads me to believe it wouldn't be supported. However, the lack of any mention of MySQL versions past 8 is suspicious.
-
Hi @Raina Anand It's not that your request is unclear, it is that none of the standard macros have this functionality. Perhaps an addon does but none come to mind. You would have to create your own addon or reach out to an addon developer.

Myself, I always had to be dragged back to school kicking and screaming. My kids, each got a brand new backpack, that I got from a conference the previous spring. sooo many IBM backpacks.

Hi @charleslcso You can play with the 'related labels' macro and the page layout to put the 'related labels' in the right most column of the page. That may get what you are looking for.

You can create a link to a Jira issue w/o it showing up on the Jira ticket. Grab the URL to your Jira issue and add it as a link on the confluence page.

Hi @steven.suranie There are several Marketplace apps that can turn Confluence into a LMS. Please review the ones here, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=LMS

Without looking to see if there are any Marketplace add-ons, and there are some great backup and restore add-ons, I would suggest starting to export spaces as CSV on a schedule. Then, you can use standard diff tools to diff the exports. Not sure if that qualifies as a nice way. Look in the Marketplace for Backup tools.

As @Barbara Szczesniak mentioned, use the anchor macro.
-
Hi @Spencer Ansley I'm not understanding what you did. Can you verify you followed one of the procedures on the page you referenced?
-
Hi @venkata naram You can achieve this via Automation. You can set up rules to look for unviewed pages based on a schedule and archive them. I suggest playing around with Automation, use the AI feature to help as well, then if you have any questions come back here and we can help. If you do, please use screenshots when…

Look around for the legacy option.
-
After adding the app, did you configure it? Look at the app in the app manager, and there is a configure button you need to go into and set some things up.
-
Hi @Mounika S Can you elaborate on this a bit? What are you trying to do, what have you tried?
-
You could use automation to send out a reminder email or slack message x number of days after publishing.
-
Can you share a screenshot? Have you tried: * reloading the page? * accessing from a different browser? * restarting your computer? Let us know what steps you have taken to troubleshoot so we can better help.
-
@Michael Karl I agree but I had to pick 3.

Our family reunions faded out with my grandparent's generation. I recall in the 70s both sides of the family would have some summertime 1-2 day picnic at a great uncle or somebody's house. As we grew older my parents didn't continue the tradition. At best we now have one or two family members at holidays like Thanksgiving…

You may benefit by talking to an Atlassian partner who can handle the billing for you, and if you ask nice you may even get a discount.

I do not believe we can limit these yet on cloud. On server we could but so far this has not been granted to us on cloud.
-
Does this only happen with his user id? If possible have him try from your computer or you try from his, this would limit the issue to his ID or his computer depending if the error follows his login or stays on his computer.

This is a 7 year old post, if my time math is correct, but you may give the solution here a try while waiting on Addaptivist https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/scriptrunner-cloud-currentuser/qaq-p/7910

We will need more information and context on just what happened and what you were doing when this started happening. There can be many causes of this. You only say you upgraded MySQL, can you share the procedure you followed? Pretty much tomcat isn't happy and is looking for more resources. This could be from a poorly…
-
Two thoughts come to mind. Did you verify the licenses are up to date for these addons? Did you upgrade the addons after the Confluence upgrade?
-
If going to "All Spaces" and changing the name of the one you want changed, still changes both. You need Atlassian to look at your site and fix things. I've asked them to take a look.

I like to work in my barn on rainy days. The rain hitting the metal roof makes for a loud day, but it gives me an excuse to turn up the radio.

Is the target wiki another Confluence Space or an external wiki?

I tested this on one of my cloud instances I am seeing mostly the same behavior, however with a twist of the type of link, if it is a document link I don't get the link icon, I get a pop up with the link icon and a couple of other options. I must have missed the announcement that this behavior was "improving".
