Hi @Jayme Ward Are you sure someone or thing didn't remove the Global permission from that project?
-
Hi @Luc Comeau I don't have an iPad, but I do have an Android tablet. I created a page with a smartlink, and was able to navigate on my tablet via a Chrome browser without entering an endless loop to the login screen. I was already logged in when testing. Sorry, I am not able to reproduce it. I'm not sure if Safari is the…

Hi @Karim Mohamed In Cloud it will only allow you to download, it's a security thing. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-76233#:~:text=By%20default%2C%20when%20an%20attachment,Word%20files%2C%20for%20example).

Hi @jira_admin_cu Since you tagged 'scriptrunner' in this question I will assume you have it. A similar question was answered about a year ago here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Scriptrunner-condition-if-value-is-present-in-labels-field/qaq-p/2398520 Please review @Evgenii 's answer and if that solves…

Hi @David Laine I tested this on my cloud instance and it seems to be working as expected. I do see some quirkiness in the settings popup for the report macro, when the options do not display correctly, yet while awkward to fill out, once I did I was able to get the report to work. I tested both modifying an existing…

No, I do not believe so. You would need to be able to log in as an admin to enable the local directory.
-
This looks more like a Jira question than a Confluence one. I was about to move this to the Jira forum for better visibility, but you did start out with the "Jira Issue Macro". However, for us to be able to troubleshoot, please post your exact JQL and we can see where you might be having an issue.
-
Just to see if this helps us. Can you paste both an example of a good and a bad date? Maybe we can see something you are missing.
-
Hi @Amir Hosseini The part of that error that stands out to me is "Failed to verify the license". I'd verify that the new server is licensed for both the base product and all the add-ons, then retry the restore.
-
I agree, that does seem unfeasible. Can you identify anything in common with the incorrect fields before the import? (other than them being incorrect), like a special character? If so and you can manually fix them as a test, I'd just work on one record as a test. Then you may be able to address this in the process that is…
-
Hi @Ingrid Aparecida Ferreira Soares You could export the records with the incorrect format, fix the format in the json or csv, then reimport.
-
It looks like you are approaching it correctly, I tested it on my cloud instance and that works as expected. If it just won't work for you, try one of these other approaches. I have heard of some race conditions, where sometimes the child doesn't know it's parent in this case, and that putting a delay in the automation…

I believe you would have to reenable a local directory.
-
I have had to recover admin accounts in the past, IIRC it involves editing the DB. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-158390.html
-
Hi @Brad Schultz You could use Clone issue in your automation to create the new subtask. You can have it copy all fields or just a subset.
-
Hi @Alan Laird I do not see a question here, could you let us know what you are asking? Also, please supply screenshots so we understand what you are doing.
-
Hi @Jyothi Meher Gade Please be aware that this is not the Atlassian Support site, other Atlassian Users answer this site. That being said, please supply us with the screenshot mentioned in your post and we can try to help you thru this issue. There is most likely a permission or restriction in play here.
-
Hi @Ben Bazian First, don't call it a backdoor, security types don't like that. :) I like to leave one admin account using the local built-in directory, just as a fail-safe, security people like a fail-safe. I typically won't advocate that anyone use this account unless necessary and that its credentials are properly…

Hi @Varnisha Prabakaran I tested the actions and task report on my cloud instance and it is working as expected. Could you share some screenshots to help show us what you are seeing?

I do not see a way to include Pages under the Company Hub into analytics. I played around with this for a while trying to find where they hide the Hub pages, but didn't have much luck. They definitely sit outside the Spaces, which is where analytics lives.
-
Hi @Claudia Schwenk You could use an automation based on the parent page to apply the different labels.
-
@Vronik Thank you for this topic. It's something I always forget about but it has effected my family.
-
Hi @Alexander Demerson Without having a lot of details on your requirement, I would explore the page Excerpt macro and the Include Excerpt macro to achieve this. It would require you to keep the table cells inside the macro to be able to display it on other pages.…
-
Hi @Lexie Tai I believe getting support involved is the only current answer to this. Maybe if enough people need support's help to delete the unapproved instances they will address this outside of enterprise.
-
Hi @Terry Gupton I just checked my site and I am not seeing the same issue. Mine is working as expected. Since @stick_smithc sees the same thing, I suspect this is a Cloud issue that has either been fixed before I checked, or I am about to be surprised by shortly. I suggest giving it some time and rechecking it to see if…
-
Hi @Scott Hendry I was able to recreate your issue on my instance. However, I do not see an obvious solution or workaround, sorry.
-
Do you know which Survey Macro you are using? There are several. The ones I have access to do not have the capability to restrict the results. Others in the Marketplace might.
-
Have you considered using Jira, but displaying the requirements in Confluence?
-
It's fine to post here, however the dev community is the better audience for this.
-
Hi @Maciej Wieczorek Thanks for the detailed post. I don't have an answer for you, but I can summon the ones that do.
