Hi @Jyle Leonida I do not know of any, I would expect Atlassian would add something like this eventually. Looking at the Marketplace, I do not see anything that would allow for AI note taking. I would suggest you use any of the AI tools, like Otter AI, to generate the notes, then cut and paste the results into a Confluence…

Hi @Abdelrahman Alfawaier Sounds like you are looking to have an approval step for any Jira admin type changes. No there is nothing built into Jira that would allow for this. Best practice is to limit the number of Jira admins to a trusted few.
-
Hi @Stan Zhang I would say there is no reason to be concerned. I would expect at some point the old editor may go away.
-
Hi @Julien Thielleux I do not believe you can query on when a label was added to a page or an attachment, only if it exists or not.
-
Hi @William Kahn They are still working on a replacement for Gadgets, but have some workarounds available here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/gadgets-removed-from-confluence-9-0-onwards-1431545691.html

Hi @Mallory Phillips Yes, you would want to edit the space permissions and take the Add off the Group or users you do not want to be able to add pages.
-
Hi @Oliver Sutton Have you added them to a group that has edit permissions? Check the space permissions and see what groups are allowed to edit, then verify your users belong to that group.

If this works it changes 50% of all the Confluence Questions I've answered.

That is interesting, I had suspected there was a sneaky 'or' in the JQL that was allowing those done issues to show up. Doesn't look like that is the case. I tried reproducing this on my instance, but it worked as expected for me, however my test instance is fairly spartan. Could you post your workflow? It seems unlikely…

Great topic @Trudy P Claspill I love jumping the shark and do it a lot. To protect the innocent I need time to think of which story is the least incriminating.

I'm pretty sure this is Zombie Fonz.

Done, and not sure how I missed this thread.
-
I could use another hat.
-
On point 1. Are you sure that is your entire query? On point 2, there are macros that will display multiple filter results, some are paid via the Marketplace. Play around with them and see if any work for you.

Hi @Joy Banerjee The Cloud version of Confluence does not have an API call to download as PDF. The documentation you followed was for the Data Center version. There is a feature request here you can vote on to add this. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-61557

Not sure I have a favorite. I use👍a lot. Been told it no longer means "approve", but I still use it. Overall I like emojis, but not a fan of overuse.
-
Hi @Philipp Rosenboom There are multiple ways to achieve this. One is with a filter list macro and using the 'was' condition in JQL. You can have multiple filters looking for yesterday today -1, -2, -3 etc. Put these on a dashboard or a confluence page. something like status was Blocked ON -1d Would give you all things…

Hi @rene hernandez It depends on your specific needs and environment. The "right" tool for one team or project may not be the best fit for another due to differences in workflows, team size, integrations, and overarching goals. You'll need to do the homework and see which one fits your needs the best. However, when judging…

Great question @Hana Kučerová ! I'm not sure if I were granted 3 wishes these types of things would rank in my top three. However, My top wish would be a way to lock my cloud instances to an LTS version. As a cloud admin, it would be so nice to not have to worry about what I am walking into each morning when Atlassian…

Hi @Stephen Ellwood Would this be physical or mental torture? If you add the attachments macro you should see the files attached to the page, and be able to delete them, then remove the attachment macro if not desired. You used to be able to select "do not copy attachments" when copying a page, it now defaults to copying…
-
I allow it with caveats. I wouldn't give them all the rights to add it, but would add it for them IF I understand the code and they are a trusted source. You could have them run it through a Vulnerability Scanning tool, several available online, and if Javascript is heavily used in your environment, you most likely already…

Hi @Diego Cela Fabián While I haven't done this exact import or worked with BookStack before, I have done many migrations into Confluence. If I didn't find a Marketplace addon that already handles this, my approach would be to learn BookStack's export options. A quick Google search leads me to believe you can get an HTML…

Hi @DAMIENS Keriane Vérifiez les autorisations d'espace, assurez-vous que l'utilisateur fait partie d'un groupe disposant des autorisations de restrictions définies.

At my age mostly pain.

Hi @Darlene Rose Have they subscribed to a filter? This would also send them emails. Have them check their subscriptions. Some add-ons will let you search for them. Or you could use the SQL approach on this thread.…
-
Hi @Pradheepa Have you added these fields to the table on each page that is in the Page Properties macro?
-
Hi @Tamara Witkowski Take a look at Page Properties and the Page Properties Report Macros. This would allow you to have a report on one page that has all the different page tables values. At this point you could export it to a spreadsheet if needed.…
-
Hi @Matthew Brandabur No, you can not nest spaces. That dialog asks which page in the space should be the parent for the page you are copying.

I barely speak English. I've spent 37 years learning Korean, lived in South Korea for 2 years, and been married for 35. I can mostly understand it, read bits and pieces, order beer and food, and know most of the cuss words, but that is about it. Picking up spoken languages isn't my strong suit
