Hi @BENJAMIN MARCANO You can see a very detailed breakdown of Trello's pricing tiers on this page. However, if you just want to share a single Trello board with one other person, you can do that on the Free plan at no extra cost as long as you stay within the Free plan’s limits.

Thank you @Mia Tamm _Simpleasyty_, I am happy you liked it! @Dave Mathijs gosh, absolutely, it's a "minor" edition to the blog feature, but it would make such a difference. @Ayla you are very welcome! I am glad it gave you a new perspective on Blogs :) If you give it a go, please share.

Not a big shortcut user in Confluence, but I will miss the single-key shortcuts, that's for sure. Thank you for sharing @Patricia Modispacher _k15t_!

Ohh, this looks like a great and helpful app! I see through the pain here as I remember all the times I searched for threads in Slack, thinking "I am sure we discussed this... somewhere 🫠 "

Hi @ARMANDO LLERENA I requested Atlassian support on this question so someone can jump in and help you. If you are in a rush, I suggest you contact Atlassian Support directly and give them all the details (emails and accounts) so they can help you.

I started my way to certification this year and decided to start as a full-on beginner, climbing my way up. So I got the ACA-915 Atlassian Cloud Foundations, and I am on my way to all other foundational certifications before jumping into the fun stuff :)

I'm running hot even in colder days, so it's a real struggle when the temperatures go more than 20 😳 (don't ask me with our summers being 30-38C). I stay inside most of the day, but I have a mandatory dog walk late afternoon, which makes me feel like I am burning. There is a curious fact that drinking cold drinks does not…

Hi @Joe Holmin I requested Atlassian assistance on your behalf, but for urgent matters, you'd better contact Atlassian Support; they can look into your account and give you clear instructions on what to do next.

Hi @Namita Awasthi Sadly, Confluence does experience struggles with the high-fidelity design files. A possible, but probably not exactly desired workaround, may be uploading the PDF to Google Drive or OneDrive and embedding it using an iframe (HTML macro or Smart Links). Alternatively, you can look into apps like PDF…

Hi @Lucas Mfolo You can reach out to Atlassian Support and explain the issue in detail (including information like emails and attachments). This is the fastest way to resolve an immediate blocker.

Hi @Christina Zigouras Go to your Atlassian account security settings 1. Log in with your Trello/Atlassian account email and password. Scroll down to the "Two-step verification" section. 2. If 2FA is already enabled, you’ll see: "Manage two-step verification" or a prompt to "Set up on a new device" 3. Click “Set up on a…

Hi @1001111 Since your name here appears in the same number sequence, could you have logged in with two different accounts, and that's what's causing the issue?
-
Hey @mauro_george Unfortunately, macOS 10.12 Sierra is now too old to run the latest browsers that Trello expects.Trello's frontend now uses newer JavaScript syntax that older browser engines can’t interpret, and I believe this may be the reason for the issues you are experiencing. Try updating Firefox to the latest…

Hey @shanmugapriyan I've requested Atlassian assistance for your case, but I suggest you reach out to Support as also referred in the error message.

Hi @Dcah Trello automation does not currently support adding custom stickers via automation rules. One possible workaround may be adding emoji-based labels or prefix card titles. For example, if your automation is: “When a card is added to list ‘Urgent’, set the name to 🚨 {cardname}” I believe that's been a desired user…

@Jillian Nicholson Your question is already marked to be reviewed by an Atlassian team member. However, you should contact Support asap and explain your issue from a technical perspective, so they can escalate and resolve it in a timely manner. I suggest you log it as a technical issue if the billing support request is not…

Thank you for sharing my article @Jimmy Seddon! :) And as always, great overview!

I love watching and love being under thunderstorms, as silly and unsafe as it may sound. I have a few hiking experiences that ended up with rain and thunderstorms, and every time I have spent some minutes admiring the power of nature before heading my way back to safety. Well, also hoping the thunders have other plans than…

Hi @Özgür Taşkınöz I requested Atlassian assistance on your behalf. A support engineer will review your post and get in touch with relevant information about your issue.

Hi @Siheme Bounif Confluence does not natively support setting a common homepage layout for all personal spaces out of the box. A possible workaround would be to create a custom Confluence template and guide users to copy the homepage template into their personal space manually (or an admin can do it for them). Also, you…

Hi @Gabriel Barbosa I am sure the Atlassian team is monitoring the Community closely, but you could also provide feedback via Support to ensure visibility.

From the first time I set foot in this place, I knew that it was 'home' for me. That's Maliovitsa peak, at the Rila Mountain (Bulgaria). Mountains are my special place, but this exact spot brings me peace and calm, helping me navigate through the challenges of life.
-
@Gabriel Schmitt have you tried simply dragging the image into the page you are editing? The copy/paste would rarely work for images. If you have a personal Confluence space, you can try adding images to at least check whether it's a permission issue. @Zachary Howard already helped with that.

@Robin Powell you are the perfect user, trying all possible solutions before reaching out :)

Hi @Jeroen Stobbe Unfortunately, draw.io does not automatically replace placeholders like %filename% or %version% with dynamic values when embedded in Confluence. These placeholders are not “special” keywords recognized by either Confluence or draw.io; they are just literal text unless you have some kind of integration or…
-
Hey @Robin Powell That's quite an app-specific type of question; have you tried looking into ContiForms documentation first? Maybe you will have more luck contacting their team directly by using their Support Form. :)

Hi @Radmila Tomitch Do you use an email/password to log in to your Atlassian ID, or do you have an SSO-enforced login? If you have trouble logging in with your own email/Atlassian ID, just reset your password (check the spam folder as well, you should receive a noreply@atlassian.com email) For SSO-enforced profiles, you…

Hi @Al Cabrini For this announcement, it may be better to make a post in the App Central group where app users would be able to see it.

I think I've only received a speeding ticket once, but the funny story behind it is that I found out about it years later. I was renewing my driver's license when the system said, "You have an unpaid fine of XX amount." This was happening at the local traffic police department, where they issue licenses, and I said to the…

I missed a very fun topic! I learned at 16 (or early 17) thanks to my brother and my boyfriend at the time. It wasn't until my late 18s that I was able to pass the test and get an official driver's license. The best day of my life, I enjoy driving any machinery 😍
