The fastest way to resolve your issue would be to raise a support request at Konverso's Support Portal You also have a chat function available in their portal.

Anchored smart link embeds, I'm so in love! I recently played with anchors, and I dreamed about having a bit more functionality to it. This feature would resolve so many possible issues and reduce the time spent searching and digging!

I couldn't feel more special when having friends like @Jimmy Seddon and @Fun Man Andy! I can think of a million things that remind me of them; I often find myself in a situation where I think, "Oh, Jimmy/Andy would definitely enjoy this!" When I see something connected with a good cause or volunteering (or LEGO!) - It's…

Hi @Ifat Keren You can adopt and polish Confluence to match your needs in many ways. I'm not speaking from the perspective of a QA user, but in the past seven years, I used Confluence for many types of product, project, and team management processes. The common characteristic of all projects was the almost endless planning…

It's so important to have your own support. I remember back in the days when my brother and I tried to give DOS error commands to make it play a song with 2 or 3 types of error sounds. And yet, I haven't entered the software industry until my late 20s. And when I did, I immediately understood I was here to stay :)

That's an exciting series! I am thrilled to read about your experience @Rachel Wright

Hi @Yann I suggest you look at this documentation piece about workspace ownership transfer. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board/ The recommended approach and steps may help you set up your space correctly for you and your clients.

I am in a genuine nostalgic mood these days, so this topic pulled a string, @Andy Gladstone There are a few reads that have stayed in my mind throughout the years: @Jodi LeBlanc article about the magic of tidying up + Trello @Jimmy Seddon Working Remotely Retro - YES! I remember looking forward to each edition. I may sound…

It's like I wrote that! Sometimes I go through my old articles thinking, "Hard to read, but it's how you know you are making progress."

Hi @Vikas Thorat Looks like the user is trying to use a 3rd party app without an active license. As the warning says, you must enable a free trial or purchase the app in order to use it.

Hi @Kevin Trainer As @Nicolas Grossi suggested, the Table of Contents macro would work great if you add headings to each of your items and position the TOC macro at the top of the page. Anchors also work if you need to point the users to a specific part of the content (not only the beginning of a paragraph)

As @Riley Venable said, the Watch feature is a good way of being immediately notified about page changes. I also recommend using Page History and comparing versions. Each page save is logged as a separate version, and you can track what changes have been made throughout the page's existence.

Hi @Namrata Kumari You absolutely can, you can see more information about how in Configuration Manager's documentation: https://botronsoft.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CMJ/pages/397475844/Jira+Service+Management

I am afraid you are still unable to do it with the new editor. A possible workaround may be adding the PDF as a page attachment (instead of dragging and dropping) and then using the link to the attachment. The downside is that it may prompt users to download the file instead of opening it. I'm also curious to hear more…

Sometimes, the camera being on saves me from bursting into an honest rage when the topic goes wrong :D Being a 100% remote company, we don't see each other very often, so I like talking to people with my camera on. However, I never demand others always to have their cameras on. Being comfortable is crucial for productive…

I can't leave a fellow co-worker struggling! A topic near and dear to my heart, and I will never get bored of sharing the story behind my Community experience. Back in the 2016th days, when I was onboarding the Atlassian universe, I monitored their forum called Answers to educate myself about products, topics,…

If your use case requires setting up workflow and automation, you need to be Confluence Premium or Enterprise user: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/confluence-automation However, you can try an app from the Atlassian Marketplace and evaluate if this approach is good for you.

Coffee-cheers to another 100! ☕️

Is it possible for some of the users to be unsubscribed from all Confluence updates? Sometimes people turn everything off to avoid the noise.

Mom, look, I'm on a cover image 🥹 Wonderful post @Viktoriya Borisova, each of these activities is an accelerator of growth, confidence, and relationships within the Ecosystem!

I usually try to avoid any possible nonsense, but no matter how hard I plan and hide, there is always something to surprise me. So I am traveling to my first-ever conference overseas with my brand new team. At that moment in time, my longest plane travel was no more than 3 hours. So I'm feeling a bit low the entire travel,…

I always have at least one fully restricted Confluence page where I put down my thoughts or rough notes about an upcoming project. So this feature is an absolute game-changer for me!
-
Thank you for this post @Andy Gladstone, it's a much-needed reminder. I am at the beginning of all work-related goal-setting talks, and I try to use my own methodology as much as possible. To me, 2022 was a big lesson about relationships, honest feedback, team management, and leadership. I tried my best to keep a proper…

Here you can see a detailed guide on how to set up and use Custom Charts: https://ossapps.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CCFC/pages/59277871/User+Guide The Saved Filters and Custom JQL features allow you to customize your reports further. However, you can always contact us with your use case, and our support team will assist…
-
Hi @Sreenadh, I can recommend you try our app Custom Charts for Confluence (and its Jira version), which allows you to replicate and share full Jira Dashboards on your JSM portal (and make them accessible to customers and users without the need for an additional license). Here you can read a detailed article on how to set…

Hi, @Gayan Thilakarathna Which app do you refer to? Our app Custom Charts for Jira is capable of reporting on Jira projects, but it's nothing like the layout you show here. :)

Teodora comes from Greek, and it means "A gift from God" (I doubt my relatives agree with that!). It has an interesting way of celebrating here in Bulgaria. My name day moves every year depending on Easter, and it's also called a "Horse Holiday". In almost any village there is a horse race and all horses wear flowers and…

Oh, lovely to hear that! :) Thanks @Nicolai Sibler!

Never heard of child page limits, but if you exceed a certain amount of pages (which is definitely over the hundreds), your page tree will start having issues loading.
-
@Andy Gladstone your words always make my heart feel cozy. I came for the questions and stayed for the people, I guess. People think it's weird, but I prefer spending quality time with my community friends once a year than searching for a way to "fit" in my local but foreign environment.
