Now I'm pondering the fact that I had a bahn mi for lunch which I consider 100% a sandwich but it is like in a bun-style thing like a hot dog. But it's a baguette! Is that the difference? But like a bratwurst in a bun wouldn't be a sandwich either in my mind. I don't know what the distinction is anymore.

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I see where you're coming from, you mad lad, but I don't feel this is a neutral position to take.

@[deleted] I saw your note to Brant below and double checked on the back end: based on your settings you should be getting immediate notifications for replies in this thread. I'm going to go ahead and email you so I can get the team to help troubleshoot.

I absolutely reject the alleged "neutrality" of "a hot dog is a sandwich." Like put a hamburger there and maybe we can talk.

@[deleted] sorry to hear that! Can you double check your notification settings at this link?

@Rob Horan I have big plans to go to have cocktails with friends this weekend (an actual restaurant! with friends!) and the lavender lemon drop is what sold me on the place. I would also enjoy it in ice cream form.

My favorites are: * Tart frozen yogurt with fresh strawberries* * Birthday cake ice cream with sprinkles mixed in * A Balboa Bar from the beachfront in Newport Beach * Rocky road ice cream *One of the things I miss the most about traveling is that SFO has a Pinkberry and when I fly out of there I can have froyo for…

@carolyn french the icon clears when you visit your activity page. you don't have to go click on every individual item. :) @Dirk Ronsmans I have the same issue! needs to go up to 99 apparently. or 999?
-
@Sven Cipido just noting you are next week the 21st :)

Hello Mr @Dave LIAO! It is now officially officially your turn. Here is a handy link and thanks in advance for funning our Friday!
-
Hahah @Jimmy Seddon and @Thomas Schlegel I just did a clearout of our board game collection and I gave away Pandemic. I was like "this no longer seems fun." 😆

This is a great topic! My favorite place to recharge is anywhere along the California coast, preferably with crashing waves. Here is a shot from a hike I went on recently: Over the past year I have also been getting into watercolor, and painting is definitely a way I recharge! I haven't gotten a chance to paint this week…

I will be in the lodge drinking some spiked hot chocolate with @Jimmy Seddon and playing board games with @Thomas Schlegel and @Matthias Gaiser _K15t_ ;)
-
There's no way I'm not starting off with a GIF: In addition to all of the above, Jimmy also helps manage Friday Fun and as Liam mentioned, is always the first one to offer a celebratory gif to our high-fivees! He's my right-hand man, an amazing contributor, an all-around awesome guy. We love you Jimmy!

@G subramanyam great question! the existing Level badges are not very flexible because we have to tie it to specific actions. For example, you have to write articles to earn them. Look at someone like @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- who has answered 1 zillion questions but I think hasn't made it to Level 10, and you can see the…
-
@Matthias Gaiser _K15t_ I think your suggestions make a ton of sense! Looking forward to seeing others thoughts.
-
@Martina James you are up! Here is your link to start your topic and here are the latest topics for reference.
-
@Dave LIAO you do not need to get bingo to get a badge! @Kyren Wong is assigning the badges and she should be all caught up soon. :)
-
@Vijay Sv if you want to unsubscribe, go to the main page of the group and click Unwatch! You can also manage notifications settings in your profile.

@Darryl Lee I awarded you the Team 2021 Teammate challenge, I am guessing it was just a weird timing thing. We are working on a badge gallery! I will share a sneak peek in my next update, coming soon. Definitely needed.
-
@Dave LIAO was studying the words on that sign very intently trying to figure out the reference before I scrolled down and saw your shirt 😆
-
@Linda Milne_Togetha Group_ you should be able to like individual comments; where are you having this issue? @Alexander Pappert right now no, they do not count. We'll work to clarify this! @elizabeth_jones I'm so excited! Thank you for the feedback!

I love the Mini Museum (I bought a piece of a ladder from Mount Everest) and today they sent out this. In case anyone wants to own a piece of the Krayt Dragon skeleton from Tatooine!
-
@Evan Rosal and @Vero Rivas I love this! We are actually planning to make the leaderboard roll over quarterly, and we would give an award to people who made it to the top during the previous quarter. Still deciding how to structure that, so keep the ideas coming!
-
@Thomas Deiler I love the Carat series! That's such a good idea and I like encouraging upvoting valuable answers. With accepted answers in a specific timeframe, it's a bit tricky because the person answering the question can't really control when things get accepted. But we will definitely have a series focusing on…

@Linda Milne_Togetha Group_ I agree with you and was leaning towards that myself. Thanks for the input :)
-
lol @Linda Milne_Togetha Group_ hahaha you are hilarious. We're actually planning on turning it off next week because it clutters the interface a bit! But let me know your thoughts.
