(You would think it would be a straight line from the BBS to a career as a community manager but it definitely was not.) 

Here is something I remember: logging into a local BBS that only 4 people could be on at once, with my very first modem, which I believe was 300 baud.

@Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_ reloading your tab before taking an action might be something to test. Checking the console for any error messages. Making sure you have no adblocker enabled. Maybe yelling at it?

@Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_ all your actions are queued so it does sometimes have a slight delay, which doesn't help for troubleshooting. It's true that Safari and iOS have been the biggest headaches. But thanks for trying the tab thing, I was hoping that would be a reliable workaround but sounds like no! 😭

I figured out the problem, which is that the introduction thread was an ARTICLE instead of a DISCUSSION. @John Funk to make the badge work I just moved the intro to be a discussion instead. I will go in and award the badge to everyone who commented so far…

@Suvradip Paul it's possible there was a hiccup as I was setting the badge up; I've awarded it to you and it looks like Alex got it okay after you! So it may have just been a timing thing. 

@Kishan Sharma that is definitely a bug; 10 kudos per week is the intended behavior and we are working on fixing it! In my experience, users gaming the system in the way you are describing are very obvious and I can easily wipe out the points from this kind of activity.
