Monique vdB Community Manager

I mostly just see celebrities on TV and movie sets and try to play it cool, but I did converse with Robin Williams and Arnold Schwarzenegger while working on a show, so I will say them! What a fun question.

@Laurie Sciutti I have a feeling I might see you and @Marc -Devoteam- in our Leader program soon! 😉

@Dave Mathijs the struggle was real 😅

I had an incredibly toxic job in my 20s (the VP of the company berated all the women for our clothing choices and weight, among other things). My 20something self should have walked out of there years before she did.

@Rosana Aira I thought of your career aspirations and thought this match might be especially valuable for you! Are you signed up yet?

@carolyn french I got addicted to coffee working at Starbucks, I'm with you!

@Rosana Aira luckily you're in the right place for that! 😊

@Craig Nodwell we'll have to plant a bunch of trees for that, Craig! 🌳

@Kai Becker I live in California and spent six weeks this summer working/housesitting in Amsterdam, and I highly recommend it! It went by really fast.

Someday I'd like to write a book about community! (Shoutout to @Brittany Joiner and her book on Trello.) I promise to quote you all. 😉

My first Atlassian tool was Confluence in 2013, and at my old company it was used just as a static wiki. No collaboration, no fancy pages, no blogging. I had no idea the power that would be unleashed when I started using it at Atlassian! Also I am now a heavy user and huge fan of Trello, Jira Service Management, and Atlas.

This is why @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- is a legend.

Welcome @Babatope Victor Johnson , we're happy to have you here! We're doing "Lean into Learning" all month if you'd like to check that out. Lots of links to great learning and training content, including content right here on community and free content from our university. :)

@Kamal SAIB I reached out to the team, hoping to get you a response!

I got my amazing commission piece from @Ditte Simard!!!! For now it's displayed here on my mantel and that makes it my favorite pic of the week.

@Muriel S_ Thiago Ledoux Rupp I moved this into the Jobs & Careers group as it may be useful to you as we talk about career-building, including certifications and training, here. We have a Lean Into Learning theme this month and you can sign up to meet with someone from the community and chat about your career path. You…

I wanted to be an English teacher - which I was for many years! But of course when I was a kid, "online community managers" did not yet exist because the internet didn't exist. 😉 I think about that with my daughter now - her future career may not even have been invented yet!

@Dave LIAO hiding it is a good idea! I'll investigate that.

Congratulations to those who helped us plant another 10,500 trees! 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳

You can now bookmark content! In order to save a piece of content, use the meatball menu on any post or comment and select "Bookmark." @Collista Lewingdon yes, you're right! For now you'll earn the badge if you get to 25 on either of those but we'll update it to make it clearer. Thank you!

@Andy Gladstone we have an integration with the marketplace so we have to keep it in place for now for Q&A. We will likely consolidate them when we upgrade to Aurora. 😉

My WIP is a painting of my nephew - he's looking a little like Chucky but there's always an ugly stage 😉

I could not love this more @Ditte Simard!!! Do you accept commissions? I really need one to hang in my office!

@Ditte Simard did I miss the picture of the finished starfish? I am definitely featuring Tree Planter in my wrapup post, it's amazing!! And I'm listening to these requests for some physical badges too 👂🏻

Amazing job friends! 🎉

@Andrew Zimmerman thank you! I've updated the link, it should be this one.

Congratulations to this amazing community - we did it with time to spare!!!! Next July, what do you think - 40,000 trees? Wrapup post and updated Tree Tracker will be live next week but in the meantime THANK YOU for helping us plant all these trees!!! This is the best community on the planet.

I was going to post today's thermometer - but with only 114 trees left to plant, my thermometer rounds up to 100%! We're going to make it happen! 🎉

@Craig Nodwell oh I KNOW you're not done 😉 Only 926 left!!! 🌳
