Monique vdB Community Manager

@Stephen_Lugton that's a cool idea! I'll talk to the Learning team about that possibility.

gonna bring some dancing Father Ted vibes to this week

@Patricia Francezi_iDev_ well I just sent you some "above and beyond" recognition, so now you're only 9950 short!

The CABbies are the best!!! 🚕

I'm so glad this resonates with you @Patricia Modispacher _K15t_ and @Anwesha Pan! It felt important to me to put this stake in the ground, so many wonderful humans here.

did anyone else watch Arrested Development? 😆

Yay, so hyped for high fives! Thank you to all these amazing people.

@Tomislav Tobijas probably AI would not have made that mistake 😆 but I did fix it, thanks for catching it! Check out the human imperfection, on full display. @Tim Martin I'm glad this resonates for you. @Barbara Szczesniak what I'm seeing from the community management side is that AI will surface answers from communities…

you are an icon, @Jimmy Seddon! This has been such a delightful feature.

Hello again, friends and happy end-of-the-year to you all! I wanted to update you on our stretch goal trees - thanks to you, we donated 5,000 trees to the Apalachicola Longleaf Initiative. Here is a bit of information about the initiative from our One Tree Planted partners: This initiative will restore and manage longleaf…

@Bill Sheboy Hopefully you saw that we did update the Statuspage - sorry I didn't reply earlier, it was probably during The Slowness. @Charlie Misonne @Barbara Szczesniak we're following up with the team on this one, thank you!

@Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ yes, we're looking into it - it's been slow for at least a week

I've spent a few days trying to decide which younger self I wanted to channel, and I'm going to go for 2012 me. The me who was cobbling together a living doing adjunct teaching and editing would never have believed a career like online community management even existed. I'm sure she'd be proud I had such an awesome job and…

@marcinnowak sorry to hear you're not having a good experience! If you want to chat with the team about the Jira UX, they're in the New Navigation product feedback group and are open to feedback.

@Mario GELES we'll take a look!

@Tomislav Tobijas I totally did think you did that on purpose 😆

Thanks for pointing that out, @Bill Sheboy Looks like we have some permissions-tweaking to do. ;)

@Rune Rasmussen I did originally write this article back in 2019 but it gets updated as our platform changes! Linking accounts is a new feature. Thanks for the feedback, we'll pass it along to our team!

@Anwesha Pan we're looking into this for you and will get you sorted out - thank you for your patience! Sending some kudos your way in the meantime.

😱

@carolyn french I think our release notes were a little faster than the deployment today, but you should see the feature soon! I'm excited, it's been at the top of the wishlist for so long!

@Daria Kulikova_GitProtect_io so great to read about your journey!

Beautiful @Yvonne Bailey!

@Tiffany Scolnic damn that's a great cover

We've already hit 4000 trees! Boom!

@Sarah Stokes do you watch Taskmaster? That's the only reason I know Ed Gamble and James Acaster!

@Amanda Barber I still think about Born a Crime all the time, what a great book! Are you listening to it on audio? If not, I highly recommend it, he does a great job narrating it! @Dave Mathijs glad to see Severance on your list. Ugh, so good. So, so good. @Andy Gladstone who are you rooting for? I used to get together…

Currently reading two books for the 2025 Read Harder Challenge: Listening to: Watching nothing now that Severance and Hacks are both on hiatus! Although did finally get to show my daughter one of my favorite movies last week:

@Mirek you're right! Typo - I just fixed it. @Andy Gladstone yay, can't wait to check out your series! @Amanda Barber I love your yoga lady! We're also behind our goal on unique participants - if there's anyone who you want to introduce to the community with some tree planting, now's a great time! 😉
