Hi @Manon Soubies-Camy We don’t currently have plans to offer a dedicated data residency region in France. There was an internal miscommunication that resulted in France being listed as a planned country during the ITSM event, I apologize for that. Speaking with a number of our French customers, we know that SecNumCloud…

@James Zoller finalizing our update internally right now. Planning to share June 1.

@Jahaziel Calderon this is an optional new feature. No customer will be required to change anything. Currently, Atlassian cloud product URLs take the form of subdomain.atlassian.net where the subdomain is selected by the customer. When custom domains are available, customers will be able to configure a URL for their cloud…

Hi everyone, Thank you, as always, for your candid feedback. We truly do value it. As the Head of Product for our enterprise cloud product development, I stand by both our implementation approach for custom domains and our communications around it. On the implementation: we believe the current approach meets the needs and…

Hi @Arnd Layer , sorry I'm not sure how the logic works and why only certain options are available. I would select one of the other options (like personal data) and hopefully we can get your ticket transferred.

Hi @Doug Vanderhoof , Not sure on the context of that error, but we support user provisioning for all major identity providers. Obviously Azure AD is the most commonly used one. There are detailed instructions here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/atlassian-cloud-provisioning-tutorial

Hi @Arnd Layer , contact Atlassian support and choose the "My account" option https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

@Arnd Layer I think it's unlikely but I flagged your question to our Community team just in case there's something I'm not aware of.
-
Hey @Craig Castle-Mead , great questions. wondering what the discussions have been around allowing some domains to be changed to (eg: the gmails/outlooks etc where no org will ever have those domains claimed) to let orgs support users convert a business managed account to a personal account We used to allow this, the…
-
Thanks for keeping me honest @Craig Castle-Mead . You're correct, I had forgotten we changed our policy on that. I agree that the best solution then, based on what @Arnd Layer has described, is to hope that the company can: 1. Remove product access for accounts using email addresses with the old domain. 2. Turn off SSO so…
-
Hi @Arnd Layer , Your best bet is probably to ask your current company to change your account to a personal email results (assuming your access to their products under this account will be removed). That way you’ll be able to continue using Community with this account.
-
@Yoni Friedman 🙂 no, approved domains for granting product access are not required to be verified. A common use case is if you're working with an external client in Jira or Confluence, and you want users from that external client to be able to join your product without needing to be individually invited by an admin. You…

Hi @Jawwad Ayyubi Administrators of the organization that manages your Atlassian account can see the Bitbucket workspaces that your account has access to, but not specific permissions or activity within Bitbucket workspaces (or any other product) that they do not control.

Hi @Shahidul Islam , We are working as quickly as possible to share a revised timeline in the first half of this year. Regardless, we will share another update with our current status by the end of this quarter, as we committed to in my post. Dave

@Wim Abts we have begun early access testing with select customers but it is not available for open signup yet. Look for it in the next few months.

We support the fields listed here: https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/understand-user-provisioning/#User-provisioning-features Check the configuration in Okta of how these fields are mapped in the user provisioning integration, or contact our support team.

We are actively working on launching a new feature for this: https://www.atlassian.com/wac/roadmap/cloud/external-user-security-eap?search=external&p=b8d50209-93

@Sean Wood the answer to your question is yes. Your client could verify their domain, subscribe to only Atlassian Access, and enforce mandatory 2FA for users. We are also working on a 2FA capability that can be enforced on users you don't…

We're actively working on this and plan to launch additional APIs in 2023 https://www.atlassian.com/wac/roadmap/cloud/admin-apis-for-user-management?search=api&p=57953b47-36

Our cloud infrastructure and architecture for our products is distinct from www.atlassian.com. The presence of references to these services on a www.atlassian.com page does not mean that they are present in Jira, Confluence, or our other products. Additionally, the definition of a sub-processor in the GDPR specifically…

There's no storage limit or different plans for Atlassian Access. Jira Software Enterprise, Confluence Enterprise, and Jira Service Management Enterprise include Atlassian Access features for users with access to these products.

@Rob Horan if you see "User" and "Groups" under the directory tab (as opposed to only "Managed accounts" and "Domains"), you have the new user management experience.
-
@Rob Horan @Jack Brickey It is not related to licensing. Your org is on the "new user management experience." All new organizations receive it, but a large number of existing ones have not been migrated yet. If you go to the second half of the page…
-
@Stephan Salat you should be able to create a support request with a separate Atlassian account (like a personal email) and our support team can help you.
-
Hi @Quentin Roberts , You have it correct. When you verify a domain ("acme.org") all Atlassian accounts with an email address on that domain become Managed accounts (this is true regardless of whether there's a corresponding account in Okta...you verify ownership of your domain before we know anything about your identity…

Hi @Tom Braat , we are still working on this feature, but it is coming: https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud??&search=unmana&p=b8d50209-93

@joohi kumar Atlassian does not have an official reseller program outside of our Solution Partner program. See the FAQs here: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/resellers#pricing-payment

Hi @Hong Quyen , The "Get users in an organization" endpoint should return all managed accounts in an organization. For an org where you're syncing with a Google workspace, this should return all your synced users. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/organization/rest/api-group-orgs/#api-orgs-orgid-users-get

Hi Petra, Your support request was routed to the community because it looks like you are still on your evaluation period. For evaluations, we only provide Community support. I could see you have an open quote for a paid subscription, so I would recommend re-submitting this request with our technical support team once…

Domain verification is the process we use for an organization or company administrator to determine which users are internal to the organization, versus external collaborators. Since a user can use the same Atlassian account across multiple Jira or Confluence sites, it would be quite complex of the administrators of…
