Hi Jose, I can confirm that Behaviours in Jira Cloud it only supports the fields documented here per view, and the Status field or Epic Status fields are not currently supported. This means that you will not be able to achieve your use case with Behaviours as it will not be able to check the values of those fields. You…

Hi David, The Jira API does not give a version created date but if you call the Get Project Versions endpoint, each version has a start date on it. Using this you could get the version with the most recent start date and get this to set as the version on an issue. I hope this helps. Regards, Kristian

Hi Bjorn, Inside of ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud, there is no way to dynamically populate field options from an external API, when an issue is created or edited like you can do in the on-premise with the field picker, as Atlassian does not provide the APIs to create this in Jira Cloud. The closest workaround would be to…

Hi Rodrigo, I am glad you managed to solve your issue. Regards, Kristian

Hi Rodrigo, I can confirm that Behaviours in Jira Cloud use Javascript so you can use Javascript Regex in the script. However, if you are getting the value of a paragraph field, please note this field is returned in Atlassian Document format, so you will need to handle this Syntax in your script. If you need further…

Hi Destri, I this case you will need to add a script to call the edit issue API and to set the body for the organisations field. Also, then you can refer to the example we have here, which shows how to apply an action to a field when a value is changed. You will be able to use this as a reference…
