Hi Sun, Right now you have a few options 1. You can modify the existing blueprint. This is done by going into Create > (in the footer click configure what appears here) and edit the Blueprint tempalte. This means, hwoever you only have one meeting note in the space. 2. Just create a new template (Go into Space admin >…

Thanks for explaining, Chuck. I think I understand where you're coming from. We have a feature request where we are tracking this here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-1643 would be great to hear on that ticket your use cases. I think this is where we will head on our roadmap.
-
Chuck, is it because you want to modify the list of events to remove the JIRA ones or add your own?
-
In the upcoming release of Team Calendars you will be able to go to Insert > Team Calendar from the editor which will hopefully make life easier for you. This is due out in a few weeks.

Michael, You can learn more about Confluence 4.0 here. We have videos, demos, tutorials and FAQs about why we are making this big change. You can still write wiki markup in the new editor and it will convert for you on-the-fly. In additon, as David said, for plugin developers you can still see the storage format. Sherif

Hi Kimberly, I'd love to hear more about what you are trying to do here and why. We've just spent a bit of time in our roadmap making PDF exporing for JIRA issues macor a bit nicer. Specifically: * clearer rendering of issue type and priroity icons * Dynamic resizing of the columns in the JIRA issues macro to better fit…

@Nitin, there isn't a way to automate this right now. I think the best answer is what Matthew suggested.

We are tracking that feature request here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-2307

Hi Parmita, I'm interested in hearing more about your need for a Corproate Directory, background etc... We're thinking about investing more time in the Confluence People Directory and I'm looking around to interview customers about their needs. Interested? I'd love to hear your feedback and your story of using Confluence…

Hey Michael, Yes, this is expected behaviour. Team Calendars is focusing on "group" calendars. We really don't want to build a personal calendaring tool as that is already solved very well with many products. We are focused with team collaboration around events, with the ability to integrate to your personal calendar. To…

We are tracking this feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-429 Our of curiosity, what do you want year view do? What are you trying to plan in Team Calendars?
-
I think you are also after this feature reqest: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-666 add any email to a people calendar.

Another pattern I've heard customers do from speaking to them is that sometimes all their users want is a copy of a page every so often. So what some customers do is setup a cron job that does a PDF export (using the Confluence Command Line Interface) and emails a group of users on a recurring period.

Thanks for the response, Bill. Actually, you make a really good point about _unused_ licenses, vs the actual license size you have. To be honest, it didn't really pop in my mind immediatly, but it is a good point. I'll bring that up with the team, I would assume it's also been discussed before - but worth bringing up. RE:…

Bill, Thanks for taking the time out to share your feedback. You raise some great points here about a few issues. Let me try and share my thoughts on some of these issues. Firstly on TaskDock. It's unfortunate (for us) that they got acquired by Cisco and there isn't any more work going to be done on the plugin. This is out…

We have an open feature request for this, by the way https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-3393
-
There is no way to do this in the JIRA calendar plugin.
-
Victor, we don't have an API for this yet. You may want to watch/comment/vote on this issue to stay updateD: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-774 I'd be very intersted on hearing your use case on the ticket - if you could comment on that it would be very helpful for us to know what you are after.
-
A way I can think of doing this is through Confluence team calendars. Create a JIRA calendar form Team Calendars and then you can share that calendar with your team (ics feed). Although, you might need to login to JIRA if you have it setup that way.
-
Hi Liviu, Thanks for your feedback, we are actually working on this new feature right now. From the Confluence page you can click to see all the linked JIRA issues. Here is a sneak peak: Is that what you are after? I'm interested to hear what you would use this for
