Hi Ole, As Richard said, the BETA is available to download right now. As with all product releases, we wil first upgrade our external instances to the release candidates before we ship 4.0. That means confluence.atlassian.com will be upgraded in the next few weeks to 4.0. There is a "Test" space there where you can go in…

We really want to get it in ASAP, but don't have a date yet for it. Once we have it available in Confluence we we will let people know through our Development Releases. Sherif

This is really a tough one to troubleshoot from this forum. It's probably best to raise a supprot ticket at support.atlassian.com to ge thelp with this one, as they will want access to your server logs etc...

This looks like a potential bug, you shouldn't be seeing that... I've raised a bug report for you: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/UPM-4555

Hi Adolfo, Thanks for the feedback. There seems to be a few issues here: 1. Adding an event gives you no feedback in the dialog (but it does after the dialog to refresh the calendar). I've raised an improvement request for you here: https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-381 thanks for the suggestion. 2. It…

Atlassian has just launched Confluence Questions (https://www.atlassian.com/questions) available in Beta, which is designed to replace forms with a Q&A-style discussion.

So with Team Calendars for Confluence you can embed JIRA issue due dates. Once you do this you will see the issue due date in a calendar in Confluence (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/TEAMCAL/Adding+JIRA+events+to+a+Team+Calendar for detials) The missing part for you is to be able to subscribe to JIRA events…

@Darren. Yep you're right. So with JIRA, you can create custom types for issues (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA044/Defining+'Issue+Type'+Field+Values for details). What we see plenty of teams do is the following: * They use JIRA versions for release planning (set a due date for a release and it appears…

Hi Darren, Thanks for the question and for the feedback. We are trying to make it more obvious what the best practices are in the product, so this is very helpful feedback. Regarding your question: * Use JIRA versions to plan a release * JIRA versions can have a due date, when you set the due date it will be ready to…

Hi David, You are right in that you could use JIRA for this, only to display custom dates, however. Team Calendars 1.6 supports custom dates from JIRA. This allows you to have any field that with a date and display that in Confluence. You can learn more about it here:…

Peat, Should also highlight that we have a feature request to change the default paragraph bahaviour. If you think that would help you, you might want to watch/vote this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-5949

"Can I promote Global Templates (as can be done with Blueprints)." We have an open feature request for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-32450 "Can I suppress the creation of sidebar shortcuts (default theme) when my Blueprint is used" No, not out-of-the-box. You would need some custom development to make that…

No there isn't. This sounds like a new feature request. There is, however, lots of very closly related feature requests: * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-663 * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-4591

@kostas you need to select "add start and end date" for a date range: http://cl.ly/image/1H2S0A0F1x0u then you pick the planned start and planned end dates from the JIRA issue.

Hi Kiven, Good question. Just to clarify a few things. At the moment: * Team Calendars lets you visualise the start date of any issue date. Out of the box in JIRA, you have "Created date" and "Due date". If you want, a lot of customers add custom fields in JIRA (e.g. Start Date, End Date, Deployment Date etc...) and you…

We have an open feature request for this. you might want to watch it for updates: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-1643 By the way, what types of events are you thinking of adding / removing and why?
-
So to just confirm: * We've got this scheduled for Confluence 5.4 (due just before Christmas) * This will work for any type of content, the demo we gave was just on the requirements Blueprint. * I (personally) would love to get any feedback on the feature that you might have as we are working on it right now.

Hi Doung, I haven't ran into many customers that are doing this. We did have a feature request for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-4731 but we received very little taction for it and don't consider it to be as strategic. You might want to reach out ot one of our partners (linked off the ticket) if you are…

Hi Wuyli Li, It is not possible to do this at the moment. I have a question for you, what do you want this for? Are you generating some sort of release notes or project report? We are currently working on a Project Report Blueprint for JIRA. This allows you to select Create > JIRA Report > and then selet the many different…
