Sorry there is nothing built to do this yet.

@Jeremy Edwards thank you for sharing your story! 👏🏽

@Edmond Delude not quite - but close! Today adding a Team to a private project only adds it as a once-off. Any subsequent members added to the team will _not_ get access to the project (And they will also need to be added manually) to avoid this security issue. Think of it as a shortcut for adding a group of users. Looking…

Simply remove yourself from the project and/or stop following it and you will stop getting the reminders/digest.
-
Also folks, a reminder if you don't have Slack we've also got a Microsoft Teams app and we're always working to make sure they have similar capabilities.
-
@James Bergstra you can find it in the project and goals directory, behind the "..." menu:

Thanks for the feedback @Briana Johnson-Sims - would love to here about your Step in Jira where one Atlas project = 1 Jira project, can you tell us more about the context / use case here? Do you end up closing projects in Jira when the project is complete? Do these Jira projects have a due date? (at the moment you can't…
-
We currently don't have this but are looking into it in our mid-term roadmap. Today as a workaround, you can export the data to CSV - would that help? Would love to hear about your scenario - what kinds of reports / questions do you want to answer when combining data from Jira, Confluence and Atlas? Wondering if there is…

Hi Arpitha, team restrictions is still in progress. I've made a note of your +1 for this. Hopefully that will be available soon - sorry unable to provide an exact date. I'd love to hear what kinds of teams are you wanting to restrict access to? What's the scenario? Today you can only restrict access to projects. Here is…

Yep! So the name of the workspace defaults to your sitename but when you create it you can change it. You'll notice when you create your workspace you can _also_ change the key (it suggests a key for you based on your workspace name) - you should pick the key / change it to what you want when you create your new workspace.…
-
Hi we don't have this feature yet, I've just added a +1 from you. Can I confirm I'm assuming here you want to rename your workspace KEY (e.g. team.atlassian.com/projects/ACME-123) yes? Yes the workaround you suggested would work - you can delete the workspace and re-create it later. To delete a workspace, assuming you are…

Came here to share a similar comment to what Jan-Hendrick said above, this resource might be helpful: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlas-Group-discussions/Goals-vs-Projects/m-p/2243849 But in general I think the question that might help find a best way to structure projects v goals and Jira Software mapping is first…

For folks wanting to lean more about Atlas - it's all about communication outside your team on projects and goals (customer funnily described it as "keeping the boss away from Jira"! 🤭). We in the Atlas team are already loving grouping our ideas by project and goal, capturing customer feedback and attributing customer…

Yep @Jake Wauchope ! Pretty similar to what was shared in this Community post is what we landed with. Here are all the details: https://www.atlassian.com/software/atlas/pricing

Thanks @Majken Longlade I've responded to you in your Jira ticket. It's not related to embedding Confluence pages in your What you're doing field - awesome to hear you're using embeds from other products!
-
Thanks for raising @Majken Longlade We're unsure what could be causing this, do you mind checking your browser console to see if there are any errors when you click the button? E.g. if you are using Chrome, right-click and select "inspect" from your browser. Then select the "Console tab". Once you've done that, refresh…

As of this morning we've released Private Projects which allow you to restrict visibility of projects to specific users. We currently don't support group-level visibility but I suspect we will need to get there sometime as well. Learn more…

Thanks for your question and feedback Alex! RE: Integrations * Yes, they are all developed securely. In fact the majority of them e.g. Github, Asana, Figma etc..) is the same smart cards integrated in Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Trello and so forth. If you use an Atlassian product in the cloud today…

A short message to all our customers that have been with us throughout our early access program:
-
Thanks, @Ken Young We are incredibly grateful for our amazing community that have helped us shape the product so far and are excited about what's coming up. To answer your question, we have an article about this: https://intercom.help/atlas-by-atlassian/en/articles/6201129-atlas-pricing-explained#h_aef4798fac Summary: A…

@David Nadri her is a sneak peak video of the upcoming Atlas ← → Jira Software integration
-
Very, very soon (coming couple of months I'd say!). @Rachel Lin team is doing an amazing job working on this now and it will be out very shortly.
-
Hi @David Nadri thanks for reaching out! Atlas is getting close to coming out of Beta. I can confirm that what you're experiencing today in Atlas will continue to be free for as many users as possible (looking at a very, very large generous free tier in terms of free users, that should work for most organisations) We will…

Coming very soon, @Rachel Lin and team are working on it -- she can provide an update. Sherif

Aiming for later this year - Maybe August? But Can't commit to any date - take it as a hopeful for that timeframe. If I could give you an Atlas "fuzzy date" I'd say towards the end of this calendar year! You can nest goals (and effectively nest KRs).
-
Yep that's correct - no delete yet, just archive. If you don't mind me asking, would love to learn more about the scenario you ran into when you wanted delete?
-
@Hiren Trivedi Given Jira's infinite configuration ability (any status etc..) I doubt we will let you sync any Jira attribute to an Atlas project. That being said, long-term we'd love to have this all hooked into Atlassian Automation so that you can create custom rules for when something happens in Jira, do something in…
-
Thanks for reaching out @Atle Bjelland So sorry for the late reply, I've been on leave this month enjoying the 🏖! I can tell you that 1. We would like to do this as soon as we can. 2. This is likely to be a paid feature of Team Central - yet to be confirmed, but Team Central will likely follow the same pricing models as…

@Gabi Byrnes don't tell Mary... but I'm totally going to steal her thunder for the sneak peak... ... that being said - I wouldn't give up an offer to chat to Marym you should still do that - she's pretty cool!

Glad to hear it's going well, @Josh Rowe Hmm that's strange as PNG files show up for me.. would you be able to send through an example screenshot or the file? if it's sensitive, feel free to email smansour@atlassian.com directly and I can take a look at it.
