Thanks! :)

By the way, is this really for Cloud? I thought Behaviours was available just on Server/DC instances.

Hi @bhawana pandey Labels exist while there are issues labelled with them. Therefore, you may search for issues having the label you would like to remove and perform a bulk edit operation on all of them to remove the label. As soon as no issues were using said label, the label would stop being suggested for autocompletion.…

I love the implementation of looping transitions in Jira Cloud! This is how it is being currently shown when there's just one looping transition named "Do Something": If multiple looping transitions are available, then they are grouped under the new Actions button:

I think the only thing that can be configured without product access to Jira is User Management (site-admins group by default), for managing users and groups without actually consuming a license. So you are right: most of the times product access needs to be granted to administrators so they can perform the typical Jira…
-
Hi @Jan Wagner On its own, I'd say that is not a bad practise. However, your reporting requirements and the presence/absence of an additional app for showing the time spent for a given period might influence the best choice. Provided that work logs count with their own date, duration and work logger, I'd stick to tracking…

Hi @Chiara Spadavecchia , Access to product means consuming a license in order to use the product. Product Administration provides the user with permissions to configure the product, but it doesn't provide access to the product nor consume a license, unless you also add that user to a group that provides with Access to…

Hi @Ram Naresh Reddy Salla , Jira Software's built-in reports belong to a scrum/kanban board and can be customized by configuring Quick Filters. The quick filters you had configured will become available in many reports for filtering the results accordingly. In example, the Cumulative Flow Diagram and the Control Chart…
-
Hi @Patrick Valibus , The easiest way I can think of would consist of: 1. Run the following JQL query by using the advanced mode of the Issue Navigator: "Story Points" > 0 AND Timespent > 0 2. Save your query as a filter. 3. Set the columns to be shown in your filter with at least: Issue Key, Summary, Story Points,…

Hi @Jop Hoenderods , Does the destination project count with the Sub-task issue type in its Issue Type Scheme? If that weren't the case, it would explain the error being shown, and it could be fixed by adding the Sub-task issue type to the Issue Type Scheme:…

Oh, and if you would like to get all issues except those of MKT, the quick filter would be: category != MKT OR category is EMPTY
-
Hi @Andrew Day , If you can set Project Categories, I'd suggest creating a category named MKT. After that, I'd add the category MKT to every project which key started with MKT. Finally, the Quick Filter would contain the following JQL: category = MKT Hope it helps.

I agree with @Jack Brickey that granting Delete issues permission should best be restricted, as it can lead to a permanent loss of information.
-
Hi @lisa , You will find that option by selecting Application Access: Hope it helps.
-
Hi @Natali Primero Martínez , You may configure the Notification Scheme so that only the Reporter is notified of the events of your choice. Hope it helps.

Please, remove the Number of Children parameter in order to get more than just 4 children.
-
Hi @Bonnie Liu , When adding the Children Display macro without specifying a Parent Page, the current page is used by default. That said, new pages will be shown there as soon as yo create new pages under the page containing the macro. More info on this subject in the official documentation. Hope it helps.

One of the challenges about the adoption of a new tool is the human resistance to change. The best way I've found to overcome that initial resistance has consisted of training users by showing them how to use the tool by sharing my screen while explaining what I'm doing, accepting any questions at any moment. The recording…

The more I think of the automation rule solution, the more I like it. The fact that it doesn't require maintenance of the filter is a strong reason for choosing it instead of the filter based in combinations. Do you agree?
-
Indeed! I'd prefer your solution on most cases, as it doesn't rely on any other additional configurations. The way it combines components is brilliant! I'd only chose my solution if: * There were a really high number of components * The ability to return the exact number of components were a requirement Just to point out…
-
Hi @Euller Cristian , The answer by @Kian Stack Mumo Systems is absolutely correct. However, as your Jira Cloud instance counts with Automation natively, you may build a solution that lets you query for the number of Components in a more direct way. Try the following steps. Preparing a Number field First, locate a custom…

Thank you @RJ Gazarek ! :)

Hi @真測試君 For adding issues automatically, click on the Automation button > Insert > JQL Query. Hope it helps.
-
Hi @ggoran_pvt , If you count with ScriptRunner installed on your Jira instance, then try this: type = Epic AND NOT issueFunction in epicsOf("resolution is EMPTY") Hope it helps.

Hi @Baris TEKELI , Provided that you would like to use such a number as a score for priority, I'd suggest using Jira Software's Rank native feature. Rank is an alphanumeric field (it effectively works as a number) for convenient reasons (ability to represent really large numbers). Besides, it also solves the problem of…
