Awesome! So similar answers within a minute! +1ed! 😀

Add a property to the In Progress status like: jira.permission.assign.denied If in doubt, check this old but still relevant article: https://www.j-tricks.com/tutorials/permissions-based-on-workflow-status
-
Have you tried this one? project = AA AND issueFunction in hasLinks("is blocked by")
-
Try Java Extended Characters within the string, ie: "informaci\u00f3n"

That's a problem with the encoding configuration. Please, have a look at this Knowledege Base article for troubleshooting it: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-application-internationalisation-and-encoding-troubleshooting-203394762.html

May you paste here the full error being thrown on trying to map the issue type in your csv import? May you visit the issuetypes configuration page and double-check if there are more than one type of issue named Task and if they're standard or subtask? You may also open a ticket with Atlassian Support here:…

Oh, you just truncated the stack trace where it started to become interesting for determining the root cause... hehe.

Are those 4 issues of a sub-task issuetype? If so, there's a related feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/JRACLOUD-64543 While I've not tried it before, I would try including the subtasks properly mapped to their respective parents like if it were a new issue import:…

Awesome! I just pointed to the solution, but you achieved it! Congrats! :)

Can't test it until next Wednesday or so. You've already made progress. In order for you to get a quicker answer, you may ask a new question and tag it with appropriate labels like ie: ScriptRunner, Scripted-Validator, Validator, Script. To improve your chances of getting a response, be as clear and concise as possible.…

Please, look for errors in atlassian-confluence.log https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/working-with-confluence-logs-108364721.html

Was it fixed? If so, would you mind accepting my answer?

1. Agents can view Jira Software boards just if they count with a Jira Software license. Both Kanban and Scrum boards may be set to be private or public: their visibility is the same set on the board's filter. 2. As an alternative to boards, you may create a dashboard which used multiproject filters to feed its gadgets.

You're welcome! Should you find this answer as helpful, may you accept it?

Have a look at the wallboard gadget. Alternatively, the Filter Results gadget may also be useful here.
-
Puedes hacerlo insertando una Anchor Macro en la posición deseada, para posteriormente agregarlo a un enlace como se describe aquí: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/anchors-139442.html

Have tou tried to display the board on a dashboard through a gadget? Maybe that works...
-
Being able to view a board requires to count with a Jira Software license, so that's the expected behaviour.

Sprints are not dependent either on the project or on the board: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/sprints-shared-between-multiple-boards-779159068.html Where to move incomplete work would be decided on sprint closure, and is not project dependent, except for permission checking. Ideally, only one sprint should be…

Each team needs to have their own Scrum Board for their overall velocity to be measurable through the Velocity Chart. The board filter needs to be set to retrieve issues from all product projects, and filter out those issues somehow marked as assigned to a different team. A clean way of doing so would be having all team…

It depends on where you would like to place the complexity. Decisions are better or worse depending on your goals. Both approaches have pros and cons. I usually defend simplicity. However, if a requirement cannot be easily met but by increasing complexity, I'm open to making exceptions. When a requirement increases…

When swimlanes are set to Stories it is expected to show any standard issue types (all types except for Epic and subtasks), and not merely stories, as the option's name suggests. However, you may get rid of undesired issue types by editing the board's filter to specifically include the issue types you need your board to…

It would be easier to set a scripted validator rather than a behaviour. https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/4.3.4/jira/recipes/workflow/validators/simple-scripted-validators.html Looking at the example titled Validating a multi-select option is selected And trying to adapt it to issue.fixVersions might be a good starting…

Maybe your board Columns setting has been recently changed. Varying status mapping to columns, or changing the columns order may impact those reports. Also changing the board's filter may impact the reports.

In Notepad++, try changing the End Of Line setting by selecting Edit > EOL Conversion. Should you want to change the EOL type used by default in new Notepad++ documents, then you may do so through: Settings -> Preferences -> New Document/Default Directory -> New Document -> Format -> Windows/Mac/Unix

You may raise a ticket with Atlassian https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Please, keep us posted on this one.

You're welcome! If you find my response as useful, feel free to accept it. Thanks!

If both databases run the same version (ie: MySQL 5.7) then the connector can safely be copied from one instance to the other. A restart of Confluence will be required for the connector to be detected.

If the page does not contain confidential data, then you may put that page into a space which allows anonymous access: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/setting-up-public-access-934718729.html Please, mind that, as it is a Cloud instance, anyone in the world could access a page set that way. Otherwise, providing…

Screens won't be shown on the Customer Portal's transitions. As stated in the docs: Customer transitions behave slightly differently than other workflow transitions: * Screens don't display on the customer portal. Las pantallas no se muestran en el portal.
