Coming in the next release!

Hi @Petr AST As Manon mentions, there's no way to share a dashboard or report from JSM if you don't open your Jira publicly. We develop an app called Ronin Dashboards for Jira, where you can create ITSM dashboards and share them publicly, without opening your Jira. Have a look to this public dashboard. We do have a…

Hi @Marcus A Nicholson It's not an ideal solution, but you can create a filter for each of your type of issues e.g., project = TIS AND issuetype = Feature project = TIS AND issuetype = Kaizen ... And then, create a board for each of those filters. Then, create a burndown chart for each of those boards. Hope this helps!

Un saludo @John Funk!

Hi, We develop a commercial app called Ronin Dashboards for Jira (about to launch the Confluence version) that provides a gadget to display releases: And you can display releases from your current Jira instance, or you could also display releases from external Jira instances (just configuring a new datasource). Ping me if…

Hi @Adrian.Enright There's an app called Comala Canvas for Jira that may fit for your use case. You can create boards with rows and columns, selecting any field, like the following example: Hope this helps!

Hi @Corey Meyer UPDATE 25th Oct 2024 We have a commercial app called Ronin Dashboards for Jira Dashboard Hub, which allows you to create a link to share externally your dashboards. You could use it to display the dashboard in your Google Site see how to do it in our documentation here , I just tried it:…
-
Hi @Catie Figueiro I'm going to recommend you our app :) Ronin Dashboards for Jira comes with a set of pre-defined dashboard templates that allows any user to create a complete dashboard in just a minute. There're more than 60 gadgets, with integrations for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Insight,…
-
Hi Monika, Nice to meet you! I'll have a look to your videos :) Regards
-
Hey @Matt Becker If it fits your needs, then it's the best option!
-
Hi @Sandra Meyer AFAIK you can only collaborate and let other people adding gadgets in the default dashboard, which has a "Public" access restriction, and admins can add gadgets and edit it. The rest of the dashboards are personal dashboards that can be shared, and you can indicate the access restriction to visualize them:…

I don't think you can get the graphical view like in the project roadmap. For that, I guess you'd need a commercial third-party app. We have a commercial app to create dashboards, Ronin Dashboards for Jira, but we haven't implemented (yet) a roadmap gadget...
-
Hi @Stefan Adelsberger That gadget displays version, do you have any in those projects? Here is the Atlassian description for that gadget (server version but should be the same): The Road Map gadget shows versions which are due for release within a specified period of time, and a summary of progress made towards completing…
-
I see what you mean, if we had the integration with Circle CI we could display it in our "State of the Dev Union" gadget... If you could get that data from the REST API (which I don't know), you could use an app like External Data for Jira Fields so you don't have to build your own, maybe @Ben Romberg - codefortynine can…
-
Hi @Matt Becker We are currently developing the Confluence version of our app Ronin Dashboards for Jira, where we provide a Sprint Goals gadget. You can see an example of dashboard here https://bit.ly/AgileTeam_dashboard and if you're interested in the Confluence version, ping me gorka at roninpixels dot com Regards
-
Hi @Tuomas Järvensivu I understand that you're using CircleCI for Jira, AFAIK there's no other integration in the marketplace for CircleCI and Jira cloud. We do have an app that allows you to create dashboards with all the deployments, but we are integrated with Bitbucket Pipelines. I mean, we have integrations with…
-
@Callan Hough, I can only think of using a browser plugin to change the CSS, or if you're using a theming app like Refined for Jira, ask them if there's something it can be done. On the other side, we develop a paid app called Ronin Dashboards for Jira, which has, IMO, a much better dark mode :) but you can always use the…
-
Hi @Ben Jackson We are marketplace partners but we don't have Jira Enterprise or premium, just the standard Atlassian provides to marketplace partners without badge. We are really interested in joining the program, can we? Regards,
-
Hi @Andrew Mirauta We develop an app called "Ronin Dashboards for Jira" where you can create a dashboard (or wallboard) and share it with your team. The gadgets have auto-refresh, so you could create your dashboard and add the JQL search gadget, which now, includes the ability to show the results of a JQL query in a chart…
-
Ping me if you need anything or want a quick demo :)
-
Hi @Carlos Garcia Navarro You could use a third party app like Comala Canvas for Jira, which let you create a board/grid using any field as columns and/or rows. Something like this But having your customers as columns. Regards
-
@panij.c Why does the Jira dashboard not solve your situation? you could create a JQL filter for each team, then add gadgets with those filters, so you can visualize the work of each team. On the other side, my company just launched Ronin Dashboards for Jira, an app that allows you to create dashboards with data from…
-
Hi @Sunflower18. Can you ask the board creator to double check the permissions of that dashboard? Then, ask that person to share the board with you, or even change the ownership to you. Here is more information. Regards,
-
Hi @Shahar Shilian What external data do you need to request? Because if it's an ad hoc service/endpoint or similar, you may need to develop your own gadget (i.e., a dashboard item) and you could start having a look to this project. Or find a solution partner to create one for you, there are several really good around. If…
-
Hi @Pritesh Gohil There are not pre-defined dashboards in Jira, but you can get some ideas from our IT Service Management team dashboard template. It comes with our paid app Ronin Dashboards for Jira (I'm vendor of this app), but you can still get ideas of the metrics and KPIs you can use, and replicate those with the…
-
Hi, I think you should either create a dashboard per group, or per project lead, in JQL projectsLeadByUser(username) Otherwise, as @Jack Brickey indicates, you have to look for third party apps. We are vendors of an app to create dashboards, Ronin Dashboards for Jira, but you'll have the very same problem with our app,…
-
Hi @erika , Yes, you have to first create the filters, then use those filters in the graph gadget. Regarding the plans, the closest is the Lite version of Ronin Dashboards, which has the minimum allowed price for a paid app. It has some limitations in the number of dashboards or slides, but you can use all the features.…

Hi Victor, My colleague Iñigo Gonzalez saw your question and wanted to answer, but he's having issues with posting with his own account. Here's the answer he was gonna publish: I have checked and probably the URL you are using is wrong. Bitbucket V2 apis are hosted under https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0 url, while for the…
