Hi Gunjan, Can you try the following? curl -g --insecure -D -u xxx:xxx -X GET -H "Content-Type: application/xml"…

Hi Matteo, The error you're getting suggests that the database may be corrupt and missing some required data. Have you connected Crucible to an external database or are you still using the built-in one? If you're connected to an external database, run the following query to test if the suspected data is missing: SELECT *…

Daisy: You should either create a support issue or create your own question with detailed information.

Alex: This can be caused by a user not having permission to the plugins-osgi-cache directory or some corruption in the cache directory. * Verify that Confluence has stopped * Delete the felix folder in C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\plugins-osgi-cache\ * Try starting Confluence

Lisa: It looks like the 1,000 project limit was fixed in JIRA 6.1.1 - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-19317

Atlassian ended support for DB2 in JIRA back in 2009 to help reduce overhead of having to support so many databases. I don't see support coming to Stash for this reason. I suggest looking into one of the currently supported databases - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/Supported+platforms

Most of the time this behavior is caused by the event queue filling up and dropping events. The events that were dropped would have been the ones that updated the UI, but never happened since the event was dropped. If that is what's going on, a search through the atlassian-stash.log for RejectedExecutionException would…

Hi Reto, Could you try the following: * Stop your FishEye instance * Create an environment variable called JAVA_OPTS with a value of "-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8" without the quotes * Start FishEye

Hugo, I just deleted a user on my test system to see what would happen. I have both Fisheye and Crucible. If you have Crucible and the user is involved in any reviews, they still still show up in the review, but as a deleted user. Their name will appear as "Name (deleted user)". All comments and reviews were still there.…

There is an open improvement request to change this behavior, it's being tracked at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-14986

Hi Rich, Clicking on the avatar next to the commit user will open up the author pane and allow you to customize the commit author being used. See the screenshot below for an example. Cheers, Jeff

Is systemd in use on your Linux box? If so, check out Bitbucket Server is not available due to "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread" which may be related. What is the output of ulimit -a when run as the atlbitbucket user?

I just commented on the Stack Overflow question, try adding "mode tcp" to the front end. It seems to be defaulting to http.

Is port 7999 open on the server? You may have a firewall rule that prevents connections on that port. What do you get when you run the following? <span class="s1">ssh -p </span><span class="s2">7999</span><span class="s1"> git@<span>git.domain.com</span> whoami</span>

Hi Robert, If you're using SQL Server 2012, you're likely running into FE-5302. This has been fixed in FishEye/Crucible 3.5.3 or you can use the following workaround: * Stop FishEye/Crucible * Edit $FISHEYE_INST/config.xml changing '<database type="sqlserver2012">' to '<database type="sqlserver2008">' * Start…

What about deleting the local repository and re-cloning it from the remote server? That would wipe out the local branches and let you have a clean copy of the repository. This would delete any local commits you've made that have not been pushed to the server. If you remove the bookmark in SourceTree, you'll also being…

Tousif: To find unused pages, you can use the Archiving Plugin. If you have access to run queries on the database, you might be able to modify the queries used on Finding Unused Spaces to find unused pages. This query should give you all the pages that have not been modified in the last 6 months. select contentid,…

Hi Rik, A t2.micro instance does not have enough memory to run Bitbucket Server with Elasticsearch. I don't see any OutOfMemory errors in catalina.out, but I'd bet if we looked in the syslogs we'd see that the process was being killed due to lack of memory. Please see our Supported Platforms page where we mention that a…

There should be some additional information in the following log files which indicates why Bitbucket Server is stopping: - $BITBUCKET_HOME/log/atlassian-bitbucket.log - <Bitbucket installation directory>/logs/catalina.out Which type of EC2 instance are you using?

You currently cannot do this in Stash as far as I'm aware. There is an open issue to disabling HTTP clone in Stash at STASH-2859. Although using HTTP is far more efficiant than SSH. What are you reasons for wanting to disable HTTP? If it's a security concern, you could look at setting up Stash to use HTTPS. Update Stash…

The hash for the user name likely represents an access key that's being used to push commits to the repository. Do you use access keys for this repository or project? For example, the below entry is from a push I did with an access key: 192.168.10.2 | RepositoryPushEvent | 97d5195ab5a3ce7e | 1475851678183 | PROJ/repo |…

Hi Mon, You're not required to upgrade to Bitbucket Server before renewing your license. You can renew your license now and continue using Stash 3.11 until you're ready to upgrade.

Does this open JIRA issue describe what you're wanting to do? Would the below work around do what you need? When creating a review you can set the moderator to be the author of the review to the person who wrote the code. Then add yourself as a reviewer. After that you can leave comments and only chose to Complete the…

Ah! I see that behaviour too. I'm not sure if that's a feature or a bug, but you may want to open up a JIRA request to fix/implement it.

Hey Dan, at the top of the log there is a drop down menu that is set to "All Branches" by default. You can change that to "Current Branch" and the log will only show commits from the checkout branch. Is that what you're trying accomplish?

If you're an admin in the Application, then Administration can be found by clicking on the Gear Cog dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner of the page. You will need to be an Administrator to see this option. Screen Shot 2016-01-25 at 9.31.45 AM.png

I think there are two things we should check first: Active Crucible User Let's make sure your account is an active Crucible user. Navigate to Administration >> Users and select your username. Verify that Crucible user is set to true for your account. Allowed Review Participant Let's also make sure that your account can be…

Hi Alex, Looks like there is open feature request for this at SRCTREEWIN-1313. Feel free to Watch or vote on this issue to stay updated and let our development team know that it's something you're interested in.

I believe you're running into this, where JIRA OnDemand can only connect to services on port 80 or 443. You'll need to configure your Crucible instance so that it uses either port 80 or 443.
