When you're adding the new LDAP directory, if you look under User Schema Settings you should be able to set the User Name Attribute to the appropriate attribute.

The application logs are located in $BITBUCKET_HOME/log/atlassian-bitbucket.log do you see any errors or messages there regarding the import?
-
Hi Ryan, If you haven't already, please create a support request at https://support.atlassian.com so that we can help investigate this further. Please attach a Support Zip and some examples of which repositories went missing.

Joao: There is currently not a version of SourceTree for Linux. There are a lot of GUIs for Linux though.

Hi Derek, this is caused by an issue with Service Desk and Atlassian is tracking it at JSD-167. You can fix the issue by doing the following: * Goto <yourinstance>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/upm#manage as an administrator * Click on JIRA Service Desk * Click on the + modules expand button * Put the mouse of the module…

Hi Simon, Regarding the lockout procedure for Bitbucket Server, since you're running on Windows and as a service, we'll need to add the -Datlassian.recovery.password=temporarypassword flag to the service using the following steps: * Open the command window from Start >> Run >> type in 'cmd' >> Enter * cd to the bin…

I'm not sure if any of these questions will help, but it's worth a shot: * Which operating system is your Crucible server running on? * What version of Git is installed on the server? * Have you enabled debugging and looked at the logs for additional information? You can turn on debugging in Administration > Global…

Hi, It's possible that the SSH plugin did not start correct when the system was starting. Could you check the following guide and see if one of these situations applies? https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BitbucketServerKB/SSH+Server+doesn't+start

I just created a user in our Stash instance with a password of "stash@user" and connected Fisheye to that repository using the password without any issues. Which version of Fisheye are you using and where is the repository that you're trying to connect to hosted?
-
Try encoding the @ symbol in your password with %40. So if your password is 'P@ssword', it would become 'P%40ssword'. That should be a safe way to encode the @ symbol in the URL that's being used.

The timeout error is coming from the Cisco Web Security Appliance. Do these users sit on a difference network or connect through a proxy to get to the server? If they have a local VPN running, have them turn it off and try again.

Looks like they recommended SQL Server 2005 for JIRA 3.13 - http://downloads.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v3.13/databases/sqlserver.html

Application Links have moved in recent versions of JIRA. You can get to them now by clicking on the cog menu, then clicking Add-ons. You'll find Application Links on the left-hand side. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Linking+to+Another+Application

Which product are you looking at?
-
Most Atlassian products have a 10 user starter license for $10 for 12 months. The great thing about the $10 licenses is that all of that money goes to charity. You can find the cost of all Atlassian products at https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/

Hi Paul, This looks to be working for me. You can see my sample repository at https://bitbucket.org/jeffthms/jeffthms.bitbucket.org and if you hit http://jeffthms.bitbucket.org/ you'll see the hello world message. Can you confirm that you've created a repository that has a name of mysite.bitbucket.org where mysite is the…

Hi John, The following query should give you all the reviewers for a particular pull request. You should be able to adapt it depending on your needs. select * from sta_pull_request spr join sta_pr_participant spp on spp.pr_id = spr.id join sta_normal_user snu on snu.user_id = spp.user_id where spr.id = 61 and spp.pr_role =…

This only does side-by-side diffs (as far as I can tell), are you looking for the unified diff?
-
I don't think there is a way to print directly from within SourceTree. I was able to print a diff by installing KDiff3 and configuring it as the default diff tool. You'll see an External Diff button that will open KDiff3 and then you could use it to print your diff. Configure KDiff3 as Default Select Tools from the menu…

Have you tried reinstalling Git after verifying that curl-devel is installed? I found this stackoverflow thread that might be helpful. Most people seem to have success uninstalling Git, install curl-devel, and then installing Git again.

Do you see anything in the following two log files to indicate why it's not starting? $BITBUCKET_HOME/log/atlassian-bitbucket.log <Bitbucket Server installation directory>/logs/catalina.out

I've seen the same issue, but haven't been able to track down a solution. I've only experienced it when coming back to SourceTree and trying to interact with the application, I then need to force quit and it's good to go for a while.

This is a known issue and we're tracking the fix at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-3944Until the fix is released, there are two workarounds available.Workaround 1Downgrade and install SourceTree 1.6.23 (or an earlier version):…

I think I can recreate a similar error that you're running into (maybe). If I run through the setup wizard with an incorrect password for GitHub and finish the setup wizard, it seems like the incorrect password is getting cached. If I then run the setup wizard again and use the correct password, it won't accept it. Have…

Sean: Is your base URL set to localhost:8090 or 10.40.106.40:8090? It should be set to 10.40.106.40:8090. Here is some documentation on how to check the base URL: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configuring+the+Server+Base+URL

You could use the Bitbucket API, the endpoint below returns the 15 most recent changesets, but also returns a count which is the total number of changesets. https://bitbucket.org/api/1.0/repositories/{accountname}/{repo_slug}/changesets/ Check out the REST API Console (http://restbrowser.bitbucket.org/) to play with the…
