nice to know :) sorry no other idea about the screen size issue you're experiencing....honestly i've never seen that one before in jira. reminds me of back then where screens got messed up by wrong display resolution settings... like tryin to view a 1280x1024 on a 800x600 display ;)
-
no it is ok if you switch back to text mode. just do what we all were discussing on. Delte all transitions in "Approved" Delete transition called "Approve" in step 2 (In Progress) if there are no other steps containing transitions that link to step "Approved" you should be ready to delete it
-
aaah i missed that one !!!! you're right sir i only focused on the transitions inside the step marked with "<<" & ">>" where i thought they mean IN and OUT going transitions... but still diagram mode dosn't give a damn...step will be deleted immediately :)
-
can you try to use scroll bars to find your step you want to delete? or try using a different browser
-
i don't have the option to delete "Live"
-
that was my first thought too. so i tried to reproduce it...failed. even if it is an inactive flow i wasn't able to delete a step without IN/OUT transitions. in diagram mode you can delete steps even if they have transitions forgot to mention...tested in v5.2.5#847-sha1:7fd7dd6
-
can you try within the diagram mode instead of text?
-
or you may add a customfield (Text) to the Screen
-
did anthing happen on your drive "D:" ? i assume this is a testing environment...(jira on windows with hsqldb in the back) if you feel safe you could try moving the dbconfig.xml file to a different location and force jira to recreate it....during startup it will ask you wich database to connect...enter credentials and…

@Udo Brand yeah exactly

what about the "status changed to" JQL syntax? i.e. status changed to Reopened BEFORE startOfWeek()
-
They can without your permission. It's in their profile

additionally if i go to "administration/system" inside Logging & Profiling there is an entry for jelly where to change loglevels
-
removed last comment that mentioned administration/system logging&profiling but i see you've already been there but it looks like jelly is alread there and set to INFO by default.

Hi David. whatabout adding some log4j properties? https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Logging+and+Profiling i found some jelly lines here: https://svn.atlassian.com/svn/public/atlassian/jira/plugins/jira-plugin-test-resources/tags/jira-plugin-test-resources-3.10/src/main/resources/jira-home/log4j.properties…

are there any components in use? whats the default assignee's value? i just tried to reproduce in 5.2.4 and i wasn't unable to face the same behaviour.
-
but why is the below activity stream entry (i assume the users are identical) showing the avatar and full name then?
-
Florian i am not 100% if this would help in that case but i'd try clearing the plugin cache and restart jira afterwards check this one https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-27314
-
i'd suggest allowing just what you need. if it is those two hosts...try whitelisting them
-
just try marketplace.atlassian.com if you temporairly disable the firewall your jira can update plugins right?
-
what about whitelisting the host ip?

Hi. Technically there are several ways. You could give every application a dedicated project. You could group applications in a shared project and separate applocations for instance by components kanban boards are filter driven. So whatever you want to show up on your boards you can make it happen by using the right JQL in…

any conspicious loglines ? there must be something to point at...you may need to increase logging level... systemload is not the only possibilty for issues...what about your JVM Memory?
