@Andy Gladstone : for some reason I only saw your comment and question just now. I wanted to use ChatGPT once to see what it would create, more as an experiment than anything else. I haven't used it since because I believe writing in my own voice makes the message more authentic. I honestly don't even remember the prompt I…

@VAIBHAV MAHADEO KADAM , Yes this can happen for all users. An admin could changed the permissions for an entire group of users. I don't know who your wiki admin is, and there is no way for me to know this as I'm not a Cisco employee and thus can't access your systems. Your wiki is not being hosted in the Atlassian Cloud…

Hi @Shan , Sounds like you need the Jira Mail Handlers, check out the documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/ Cheers, Peter

Hi @VAIBHAV MAHADEO KADAM , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. This looks like it's your internal Confluence instance hosted by Cisco itself. I would recommend you reaching out directly to your IT department, or whomever is responsible for maintaining your wiki and ask them if your permissions have changed recently. This…

Welcome back Jamie, I've been around the block a few times too :D

Hi @ridhima verma , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Sounds like you still went over the user limit (maybe in JSM as this is based on number of agents, not users and is less than 10). I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com as they will be able to look at their backend and…

Thanks for the recommendation @Amanda Barber , I haven't heard about Happy Salmon yet. But it looks like a cool game, anyone following along can check it out here: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/194626/happy-salmon

Could it be that they are in a Done state that is not mapped to the last Column on your board?
-
Hi @Vijay dumpala , could it be that there are subtasks that you can't view due to you using a filter that excludes these subtask? Cheers, Peter

Just registered, I'm very interested in hearing about the future of the ecosystem.

Hey @Mindy , Welcome to the Atlassian community. Like @Andy Gladstone already mentioned: great idea, how can this community help you? I would recommend running the icebreaker play first, especially if you're coming in as an external consultant, which it sounds like you will be. Cheers, Peter

Hi @Justyna Gdowik _ Deviniti _ I would recommend getting started with the courses at Atlassian University. You can check them out here: https://university.atlassian.com If you want to start building apps, check out the developer community and content. You can find those here: https://community.developer.atlassian.com and…

@Sri Sandhya without the account id it will always return a 404 (This is explained in the documentation). You'll need to find the account id of the user first, you can use this endpoint to get an accountId for a certain username:…
-
Hi @Hafiz Anas , This is not something you can do out of the box, one potential way of solving this is making a dashboard for each filter. I also did a quick search of the Atlassian Marketplace and came across this app:…
-
How did you try to call the endpoint? Keep in mind that you need to do a PUT not a GET. And also make sure to remove the /jira/ part of the url, so make sure you use the following url endpoint, for example the below url returns all your filters: https://<yourinstance>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/filter/my

Hi @Maarten Troonbeeckx , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Your best way of working would be to create a template that the developers could use. Check out the documentation on how to do this here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-template/ , if your Confluence is on the .atlassian.net domain.…

Great question, we seldomly go to the same spot twice and I love exploring new places. I do love the Belgian Ardennes for short weekend getaways and can recommend them if you're into walks, woods, tiny towns, rivers, and WW2 history. I am looking forward to learning about some amazing new places, like Tropea mentioned…

I don't know if that is what you're looking for but I just wanted to give you the information. You can check it our here:…

There is only one way to know and that is to try. I haven't done this myself, but I would recommend you just try it out and see if it works. Cheers, Peter

Hi @Amer Amin , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. This sounds like a subscription or licensing problem. I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian directly through https://support.atlassian.com Here in the community we're just regular users like yourself who can't really help with this kind of problems. Cheers, Peter

For me it's taking my family on a tour of Australia and New Zealand to meet all the amazing people I've got to known thanks to my time at Atlassian and in the Atlassian community. Soo much to do and soo much to see there :)

Hi @Francisco Aldana , Take a look at the guide here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/migrate-between-team-managed-and-company-managed-projects/ That should explain how you can migrate from team to company managed. Cheers, Peter
-
Hi @Francisco Aldana , Welcome to the Atlassian community. If you are using a company managed project you should be able to add up to 3 fields in this view, if you're using a team managed project this is unfortunately not possible. Check out this older question for more information:…
-
Hi @Sasha Pilote , Did you use a Numbers Field for your custom field or a Text Field? This looks like it's behaving like a text field and sorting the numbers alphabetically. Cheers, Peter
-
Hi @H_Dhamodharan , Welcome to the Atlassian community. This sounds like a problem you'll need to contact Atlassian Support for as they might be able to figure out what happened in the backend. You can reach them here: https://support.atlassian.com Cheers, Peter

Hi @Kristin Harnisch , please reach out to @Jodie Vlassis, she's the one who provided this to others as mentioned in this thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trust-Security-questions/Requesting-Statement-of-Applicability-of-ISO-27001-certificate/qaq-p/2066442 Cheers, Peter

Hi @Mehnur Baig , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Hi @VAIJEYANTHI RAJU PARTHASARATHY [X] , welcome to the Atlassian Community. This sounds like a problem with your permissions, I would recommend reaching out to your Jira administrator and have them help you figure this out. You can find more information about Jira permissions in the documentation:…

Hi @Ashley , that's a tricky problem, have you tried using a different browser like Edge, Safari, or Opera? I believe Firefox is also based on Chromium, similar to Chrome so that might not be a good option. Cheers, Peter
