Hi Chetna, This would only work if you made the project that contains those issues read only. Why do you want to make the Kanban Board read only and not the issues themselves? Best regards, Peter

Hi Ziukina and Carey, Could you be a bit more specific? Which Chart are you adding to your dashboard? Is it a JIRA Agile chart? Which version of JIRA are u using? Can you provide us with a screenshot? With the information I have at the moment it seems to be related to JIRA Agile, so maybe you can try to update the plugin?…

Hi Nicolas, Nic basicaly gave you the first few steps, but if you need help doing this you can request it from an Atlassian Expert : https://www.atlassian.com/resources/experts I've already got quiet some experience with customizing Jira to track all kind of different things, I'm sure there are other experts who would be…

Hi Will, The easiest way to do this is by working with virtual machines, this will not be possible in OnDemand. Install your Master image on a VM and take a snapshot, now you can export this snapshot to as many VM's as you like (there are several in the cload VM providers where you can do this). They only thing you'll need…

Hi Jagdish, The transitions you can do on your Kanban board are based on the transitions in the workflow that the issue is using (to see which workflow this is you should take a look at the admin page of the project). Your kanban board has columns that are mapped on different workflow states, if you want to move an issue…

Hi Karen, The subjects of the different emails can be found in the following location: <your JIRA installation directory>/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/templates/email/subject Do keep in mind that for each event that's being thrown (for example: Issue created, Issue commented,...) you can only send out one type of email…

I'm using Confluence 5.7.1 Server version, so it might be related to the Cloud version. You do have a point that it's not related to the task.I don't believe it's possible to add extra comments on a task in Confluence, you could ofcourse create a JIRA issue for it and link that from the Action List.
-
Hi Ian, I just tried it and was able to do inline comments on action items without a problem (just don't select the @mention part):http://i.imgur.com/709v0fN.jpgBest Regards,Peter
-
Hi Ian, You could use inline comments for this (see: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Commenting+on+pages+and+blog+posts#Commentingonpagesandblogposts-Addaninlinecomment ) Best Regards, Peter
-
Hi Eldan, I think that shouldn't be a problem. Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Siva, This is not possible with the JIRA Service Desk Portal. You could grant browse rights for the project to anyone, but that would make all of your service desk issue available to the entire internet. You could add all your customers as jira-users and grant them browse rights on the project (that would ofcourse…

Hi Jerome, There isn't , you could remove the "Create Shared Objects" General permission for them. This will still allow them to create boards, but they will not be able to share them. Some more information about the permissions in Jira Agile can be found here :…

Hi Bobo, Take a look at Jelly scripts they should be able to help you out : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Jelly+Tags Best regards, Peter

Hi Tom If you want a footnote like in MS Word that's currently not possible (as part of the picture) You can ofcourse always type it yourself in a smaller font just beneath the image you added in Confluence. You could also add a title to the image, this will be displayed when somebody hovers above the image. Any…

Hi Jan, A common transition is always from several statusses towards the same one. So what you are asking is not possible. You will have to recreate the transition. Best regards, Peter

Are you using this plugin ? : http://www.simplenia.com/confluence-plugins/custom-dashboards Maybe you could ask them if something changed? best regards, Peter
-
Do you have the View Development Tools permission in your project? You can grant this permission using the permission scheme. Best regards, Peter

Hi Peter, Might this be the solution : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15240815/git-fatal-the-remote-end-hung-up-unexpectedly Best regards, Peter

Hi Petru, I've searched some more and you can edit this in the Advanced Settings in your General Configuration Tab in the Administration Console. It's a property called jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden Some more information can be found here :…

Hi Petru, We have Jira 6.0.3 installed and don't have this functionality. I can still see all the comments in one go. Might it be a plugin that's doing this? Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Soufiane If you use on demand you should send a support ticket to Atlassian. They can look in the logs and see what's wrong. I hope they can help you out. Best regards, Peter
-
You could also try to readd the deleted calendar and then remove it again (I don't know if that would work).
-
Did you try to restart Confluence? It might be a caching problem.
-
Hi Soufiane You will need to remove it from your lists of calendars (under Mes Calendriers) That should hopefully fix the problem. Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Soufiane Might it be that the calendar has been deleted? Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Erik, Send a request to https://support.atlassian.comto help you out. They are the only ones who can remove that project from your instance. Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Vani, Simply remove the permissions to edit issues or create comments for Anyone in your permission scheme. Best regards, Peter

You can add you reporter as an inactive user. You should still be able to find him in the Reporter field but he will not count towards your license limit. Best regards, Peter

Hi Ivan, That looks like a good backup solution, but you should still regularly check if your backups do actually work (I've had one client who didn't do this, they had a hardware failure in their DB server and had to put a backup onto a new server : it did not work which caused them a whole bunch of problems), they now do…

Hi Ivan, The best option is to have the DB on the same machine as Stash, this will avoid problems with your network having an impact on your performance. But placing it on a different server is ofcourse also an option. Placing them on the same machine will ofcourse mean that they will need to share the resources (cpu,…
