@Lakhan Rochwani @Lennon Liao @Dugald Morrow Do you know if the servicedesk at https://fy22august.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/group/19/create/63 is actively monitored? And by whom? It's listed as the way to get Embedded Pages working here:…

Another thing that’s most interesting is that the “atl.footer” extension location works in the Jira Project Pages and Refined implementations but not in the MS Teams or Miro implementations. 🤔
-
Also, I notice the ones that don’t work have the “Powered by Confluence” bit at the bottom. Maybe it’s connected 🪄
-
My pleasure @Lakhan Rochwani. I want all Confluence Embedded Pages to work beautifully, so if you know anyone responsible for Confluence Cloud for MS Teams, could you give them a nudge? Same for our friends at Miro. Big respect to the folks at Refined, they give it 💯.
-
@Brittany Sudlow, I've seen you write about this app. Is it still meant to work, or has it gone away?
-
Hi @Lennon Liao, We're already using it in our Google Analytics in Confluence app to filter and differentiate views in Confluence proper and embedded pages in apps such as JSM, Refined and Miro. Here's an example Google Analytics custom report to show where pages are being displayed: As you can see, the report currently…

@Julien Bassan I note that this feature is currently named Confluence Embedded Pages Will this work for other content types? * Blogposts * Whiteboards * Confluence Databases Is there a definitive, updated list of apps which use this feature? I'd like to be able to map the `parentProduct` URL search parameter to product…

Hey @Juliette Lallement _Elements Apps_ Here's a quick video overview of how we've added support for table extensibility works on our Table from CSV app: https://youtube.com/watch?v=oUZRb0Obh8I Just like in Elements Spreadsheets, it's really great to be able to view realtime changes in the source data being displayed in…

Hi Judy If you're talking about our app Google Analytics in Confluence, I can help you out with answers. Also happy to do this on our support portal. The debug view will not work for file downloads because the events are sent to Google Analytics by our servers rather than from within the web browser. We also only send…

This looks like the same problem as https://github.com/alinemorelli/react-gtm/issues/116 ...the problem is only present on Chromium based browsers. It looks like the you need to specify the cookie_flags option to track in iframes. e.g. gtag("config", measurementId, { cookie_flags: "SameSite=None;Secure", // to allow…

Hosting on AWS, like Atlassian do, it’s straightforward to block access by country. Here’s how we blocked access for our Marketplace apps: I recommend you restore your repositories from backups and host them in a local service from your country.

@Andy Heinzer I've written up an article for our customers which goes through the various scenarios: Error message on app install – We ran into a little trouble / It may just be a hiccup

Hi @Luke Liu First thank you for an update on CLOUD-6999. Let's just start by reviewing what the scope of the issue is. People want to be able to have a custom URL of https://mysubdomain.mycompany.com/ where mysubdomain is a custom subdomain that could be anything and mycompany.com is my company's domain name. That is the…

No. You can't insert expand sections in list items. For the latter, nested expands: No. You can't do that. Take a look here for the back story: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Nesting-one-expand-macro-in-another/qaq-p/1147975 Also, follow/vote for the Jira issue:…

Try "starring" some spaces. Up to 5 will then be pinned to the top of the "Spaces" box. When you click on "Show more" an additional 5 will appear.

I'd suggest testing this out on a different computer. If you have a bunch of browser extensions, that may be a problem. Privacy Badger can sometimes be a bit aggressive. Failing that, try checking the browser console for any errors that are being produced.

Get someone who has access, like an admin or space admin, to archive the page.

Look for a formal announcement from Atlassian, however my findings are as follows: This CVE is for jsonwebtoken <= 8.5.1. * Atlassian have written their own library for JWT (atlassian-jwt) which does not depend on jsonwebtoken, so likely this is what they use internally in their own apps* * Apps built on the Atlassian…

@Hua Soon SIM _Akeles_ look out for YouTube handles, arriving in November 2022 for your custom YouTube URL :)

I'm interested in the name "Atlassian Expert AI". Is this an official Atlassian app? If not, I imagine you'll have to rename it something like "Expert AI for Atlassian" fairly quickly.
-
Hi Malin That is just not possible on Confluence Cloud, hence the availability of apps which allow you to do just that. Cheers, David. – Vendor of Google Analytics in Confluence.

It looks like you are using a free version of an app which has now moved on to be a commercial/paid app. There look to be 2 options top remove this "nag screen": * Install the paid version * Uninstall the free version Note, if you do either of these, then you will not be able to go back to the old free version. Choose…

Yeah, that can be a thing, but if you have a separate Confluence instance with just a small number of people dedicated to just the documentation, the price can be kept quite low 😉
-
Use Scroll Viewport. It has all the benefits of exporting the Confluence content elsewhere - you can write all your own custom HTML and all the layouts. it will render to static HTML and will not require the constant upgrades that pushing content to Wordpress would require. You can add all the custom JavaScript you need.…

For Confluence Cloud, we've built a simple and free app that allows you to embed YouTube videos that everyone can use: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226121/youtube-in-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud If your Confluence instance is open to anonymous users, say for documentation, then this is quite helpful. If…
