Welcome to the Atlassian Community! At a very high level, Jira has three "types" of field that you will need to consider. * System fields like Summary, Description, version, component, resolution, etc (and project, status, and issue type, which are not really fields, they are structural or display attributes that look like…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, it is entirely possible to upgrade from 8.anything to 9.anything. However, you mention a database error with H2. H2 is not supported, it is intended for quick demos and temporary development and test systems (I've never run an H2 based system for more than a week!) and Atlassian…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! We, the community, cannot see support requests. If you want our help, you're going to need to explain the problem, and if you want the community to ask Atlassian about "not getting a proper response", we will need to see what they have said too.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There is no way to do this. The issue statistics gadget is reporting on your labels. It would not be accurate if it did not report on what you asked it to report on. The only thing you can do is take that accurate report and ignore the lines you are not interested in.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I think you are in the wrong place, your question does not seem to be about an Atlassian system. I suspect you have clicked on "help with the system in use for documentation or issue tracking" instead of "help with LATS (whatever that may be)".

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Jira runs in a browser, it's not usually a local application (although there are a couple of clients for it). It's up to the user's desktop or browser to decide what to do with a downloaded attachment file such as an aprx. You don't tell Jira to load them in your editor, you need to tell…

Hi Jerrod, A numeric field will let you type what you want, but it will not let you save anything that is not a number.
-
It may well do, but we need to see the list view to check what is happening. What you need to be looking at is an issue that should be being counted but isn't, so you can compare it with one that is working.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Your settings look like it should be showing burn on story points, so the only thing I can think of is that you are not putting your sprint estimates into the field called story points (as selected in your settings)
-
Jira issue links are not web link attributes, they are pointers (links) to other issues. You will need to use a URL type field, added to the screen if you want to store web links on Jira issues.
-
I think it probably is a bug, given your file structure!
-
It's completely the opposite, almost all enterprise customers I know of make use of Service Management Virtual Agents.
-
That's not true.
-
Yes, you are absolutely right. The ideal in Scrum is that every sprint delivers value to customers, not each story. In real life, you are going to end up with issues that do not deliver anything to the customer. The main reason for that is exactly what you have described - you have a story which you have broken down so…
-
Hi Fatima, Sub-tasks are not supposed to be shown to the customers. Customers only see their requests. They don't get to see the issue that represents the work that needs doing. A sub-task is a part of the issue, one that your team of agents have decided that they need in order to break up the work that needs doing to…

You probably do not want to do this. LLM AIs are not bad at answering simple generalised questions, but they are utterly dreadful at answering questions that need an expert system. Such as Jira. Please, do not try this, we already have a 99%+ failure rate on AI answering Atlassian questions.
-
Sorry, I should have said "same issue goal and story". But you've explained that you are one team now, so having two boards is not the answer. A board is supposed to be for a single team. Your problem is that you cannot complete a story within a sprint, so yes, absolutely the right thing to do is to break it up into…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There are two ways to do this - either your CSV has an Epic link or parent field that you have mapped to the link, and then left blank in the CSV, or you have an automation or listener that is blanking it out on the "edit" event.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The short and simple answer is that if you've got two teams dealing with an issue, then you are not doing Scrum. A broad and simplistic view of a scrum is that an issue goes into a sprint, the multifunctional team deals with it and hence delivers something the end-user can see as a new…

Hi, App (plugin) data is stored mostly in AO tables, as "Active objects" is where apps store stuff that is not storable on the issue, project, field, workflow, etc. The format of the AO table names is standardised, they are always AO_<app id>_<whatever the app wants to call this table> As an example, the only one I can…

Hi dhames, Yes, and no, and maybe. There are three types of field when we're looking at this - system fields, custom fields, and then a "grey area". In the grey area, fields are listed as custom fields. System fields are the simple ones - you won't see them in the list of custom fields, and there is nowhere to list them…
-
Yes, the easiest way is to use the REST API to execute a search for "sprint in openSprints()"
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! That suggests that you do not have permission to create/edit pages in that space. You'll need to ask you manager to check your permissions in that space.
-
You need to enable the global anonymous access to enable any space to allow anonymous access. That is indeed the whole point of the global flag - it is an absolute yes or no for your whole site. You will either need a new Confluence service, or enable the global setting and then check every space is not anonymously…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The sidebar has always been indented to display the tree structure of your pages, so I'm not sure why you think something has changed. I do see a problem on the third to last line in the display, but the first question is "does the "G." really have loads of spaces in its page name?"
-
The thing here is that your board automatically provides that basic need, it's what boards are for. The best Adpatavist could do is duplicate the function for "sprint in openSprints()"
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This is not really an error code, it's a unique marker that is being written into logs and error reports from many Atlassian systems, enabling Atlassian support to group together the various errors and inform people who have had the same problem. You should report this to Atlassian at…

The CSV specifies multiple fields, so I'm not sure what you are asking about?
