Burndown charts are supposed to show you the burn for a team. The resolution is irrelevant, and the status is mapped. A "done" story is "done" when it is in the last column on the board.

I'm afraid they removed all the downloads of the versions they will be dropping support for next month.

It's worth keeping this post public, someone else with the same problem may find it! The 'bots do quite a good job of spotting spam, but they are not that clever, they miss some, and get a bit overzealous on others. When they spot something, it's not usually worth going to the user who posted it, as they're probably a…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am afraid your question is unclear to Jira users in general. Could you explain what a "PBI report" is, and what you think a "workspace" is, in Jira-speak?
-
Hi Thom, My understanding is that Atlassian removed the source code access when they stopped the sale of new licences (including the ability to change the numbers of people your licence supports). If you want the source code, you now need to get a Data-Center licence.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Where is this happening, and what are you doing that triggers it? Have you tried a different browser? What is the full error message (in either browser)?
-
Hi Shivani, Why are you putting what looks like a user name into a box intended for searching for gadget names? The box is expecting you to search for types of gadgets, not users.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! We can not tell you who the admin might be, we have less access to your systems than you do! You will need to ask the people who asked you to use the system, gave you the account, or other people you are working with on it.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, you can. All you need to do is map the status you want to be seen as "done" into the last column on the board.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! No. Cloud software does not talk to local hardware directly. You view things in your browser or client, which lives on your local machine and passes the work of printing (and all the rest) to the Operating system. What you need to ask is "can my operating system provide printing services…

Service Management project's main purpose is to gather requests from people, not break down activity into smaller parts, so the sub-task functionality, in my opinion, has not really been reviewed and changed to make it work better for JSM projects. Yes, you're right in that there should not really be a request in front of…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! As Perisic says, you're not the first person to report this abuse, but the more reports we send to Atllassian about malicious systems the better! The best thing to do is report this to Atlassian directly. If you got an email from this system, please forward it to…

Hi Rim, There's a lot here > " If you have defined required custom fields for your issue that do not exist in your target project, you must set values for them". > What values?? the fields might not even exist in the new project's issue types. You must have added the fields to the new project - you can't make them…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Thank you for taking the time to report this, it is always worth reporting malicious use of software. The best thing to do is report this to Atlassian directly. If you got an email from this system, please forward it to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse. There is no need to…

The lack of options to change the settings suggest that you do not have administration rights. You will need to talk to your admins about this.
-
The notification scheme will list "generic event" at the bottom of the list of events to tell people about, unless you have added more of your own event types.
-
Go to admin -> custom fields, and click "add field"

Your question was about "Epics that belong to other people" and that "Issues pollute the Insight report". That is entirely relevant to the Insights question. It looks like you do not understand what Epics are for, or where Insights data should appear when you choose to include it in your projects.
-
One of your administrators has set the field as required, either in the field configuration, or by adding a validator to the workflow. I don't think "no one touched the Field configuration" is likely to be an accurate statement, but you can get the same message from a validator, so I can't be 100% sure.

Hi Bhargavi, The pattern only gets checked when you are creating a new project or changing the key of an existing one. Existing projects with _ in their key will continue to work as they do now, you just won't be able to create new projects, or re-key existing ones, to keys with a _ in them.
-
Hi Bhargavi, The key format definition is only used when someone creates a project, it just forces people to choose project keys that fit the pattern. However, as you have modified the code to allow 12 character patterns, yes, there are going to be consequences in migrating 12 character project keys. Jira does not support…

* Yes, Insights is configurable. * It does let you search for things via JQL, and it has reports that let you look at subsets of your data. Sprints do seem to be confusing you here. You say "In Jira, your sprints will concisely see items for your project and be sortable/filterable by their respective epic if Jira…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Projects, sprints, teams, and boards (with or without backlogs) are not intuitive to humans when they start to cross over. Sprints are particularly confusing - a board/backlog will show all the sprints that an issue might be a part of (even when none are currently). But, Epics are not…

Ok, then the answer is "no". The team objects are defined inside each site, they are not shared.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can create a separate notification scheme for the one project, one that says "send notification on transition", and leaves all the other events empty.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Could you go to Confluence and check the application link from that end?
-
It's not that you can update objects over REST, you are looking for someone to have written something to do that for you. I'm not aware of any Jira client applications that are generalised to any extent beyond a couple of mobile 'phone apps. There was a desktop application, but the development stopped a while ago.

If you put everything in one space, you will not be able to have pages with the same name. If Application_1 and Application_2 want to have a page called "Description", then they will not be able to, and you'll have to kludge some silly and pointless naming convention together and then try to impose it on your users and…

Hi Sudha, If you mean you want a new panel containing a subset of field somewhere in the view screen, then the the short answer is "no". The screen layout is done by the code in Jira and there's no way to inject any code that would re-arrange the screens.

This does not help, you have not read the question.
