@Ann Mary Siby welcome to the Atlassian community Are you on a free plan using your own Atlassian account or is your account associated with a company that you work for?
-
@Angie Allen Are you able to post it without the image or copy and paste it into a new question post?
-
@Asmaa Elsayed are you able to access any of the web services? Can you connect to any Confluence API? Just want to make sure that it is not a firewall rule.
-
@LDBerriz welcome to the Atlassian community What are you seeing in the computers logs?
-
@Manish Ahirrao welcome to the Atlassian community I would suggest applying for positions. They list their openings online. You should also become very familiar with their tools. they provide free trainings in the learning section of this site.
-
@Fitria welcome to the Atlassian community I have escalated to Atlassian. They will have a hard time canceling it if you do not have access to the account. It might be easier to work with your credit card company to stop payment or cancel the card it is on. You will have to see what Atlassian says.

@Gábor Kronovetter welcome to the Atlassian community I would suggest reaching out to the vendor via their support system. You can find that here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219988/okr-board-for-jira-by-oboard?hosting=cloud&tab=support
-
@Frank Schimmel welcome to the Atlassian community It is only one way, but you could use a Jira automation rule to send a response when the issue is created in Jira.
-
@Angie Allen You were able to post this question, so it looks like you have the ability to post in community. Are you adding screenshots, or something else that could be causing an issue?
-
@shraddha anikhindi welcome to the Atlassian community The TypeError: a bytes-like object is required, not 'str' indicates that a function or operation expects data in a binary format (bytes), but it received a standard Python string (str) instead. You will need to update your code so it passes the proper object type to…

@Paul Benkman welcome to the Atlassian community JQL only searches Jira fields. So you will have to map the field to a Jira field as you stated. Rovo has the ability to search forms information, but I don't know if that would work for your need. https://help.saasjet.com/forms/rovo-agent-with-smart-forms-for-jira
-
@Varied Solutions welcome to the Atlassian community Are you still having this issue?
-
@Kevin McCullor I am not aware of any way to do that with the delivered tool. There are some apps that provide access to other AI models but they do not connect to Atlassian Intelligence or Rovo.
-
@Lucas Oliveira welcome to the Atlassian community "It’s important to remember all agents will have default knowledge, which is essentially everything the user who’s interacting with the agent has access to at the time they’re using it." This means that even though you limited the agent's knowledge source the agent will…
-
@Sheryl Stiles welcome to the Atlassian community I would recommend placing them under the feature. It will be easier to track what requirement they are associated with for traceability.
-
@Lachlan Bunter welcome to the Atlassian community Just wondering what plan you were or are on when setting up your JSM instance?
-
@Peter Norris sorry I should have looked that over more. I assumed that there is something that I did not know and it was possible. I should have looked a little closer. I am not aware of a way to do that in plans. You can use an App like BigPicture to represent that type of dependency.
-
@Fabio Al-barrak The app you are using is Confiform. You will need to take a look at Jira automations https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/automation/overview#what-is-automation This will allow you in Jira to transition the issue on creation (Once the Confiform creates the issue) to check and see if a specific…

@L_ Barrington Allen welcome to the Atlassian community Is this what you are trying to setup? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-trello-with-microsoft-outlook/ Are you having issues with the instructions or were you not able to find them?
-
@Cathleen Carr welcome to the Atlassian community I have escalated to Atlassian support. I am assuming that you are not the organization admin or app admin for your company. I would also suggest reaching out to them to see what happened to the Confluence instance.
-
@Peter Norris take a look at this https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Advanced-planning-questions/Finish-to-Finish-dependencies/qaq-p/1711119
-
@Willem P. Botha Did you see this free app for Jira https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1224430/microsoft-entra-id-single-sign-on-for-jira
-
Forgot to post this.
-
@Robert Biuk-Aghai welcome to the Atlassian community Is this happening on all sprints? Do you have story points on anything subtasks?
-
@Feuerstein Paul welcome to the Atlassian community You will need to work with support to submit a feature request.
-
@Gourav Jangra welcome to the Atlassian community I would suggest checking to make sure that there is not a firewall rule blocking the network traffic.
-
@dan.hodge welcome to the Atlassian community I would suggest submitting a support issue to Atlassian. Have you done this yet?
-
@Fabio Al-barrak you can have it run on issue create.
-
@Fabio Al-barrak Status would have to be changed after the issue is created through a transition. You can use an automation on issue create that transitions based on a field value.
-
@leslie welcome to the Atlassian community That feature is available in Confluence Data Center. https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf83/create-content-with-email-1235855436.html You referenced that you are on Confluence cloud which requires a third party…
