@Megan Koski There is not a specific delivered automation, you would have to create it. You could have an email sent on creation or some other trigger. The automation can send an email. Check out the automation template library and automation playground.

@spoorthi megeri welcome to the Atlassian community First check and make sure that it is showing 100% complete. I have had it where my browser cache was not allowing one of the quizzes to show completed. I just cleared my cache and took it again and then everything showed completed and I was able to get the certificate.

@nitish6_kumar welcome to the Atlassian community Just a little more information about managed accounts - https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/what-are-managed-accounts/ You can reach out to your IT department to see how to change your password.

@Megan Koski What if the summary includes HIPPA information in it how would Atlassian know. If this is something you would like to do you could always use automation to send out a notification that meets your needs.

@Katarzyna Kacperska in Server or data center there is no way to update custom fields except through the application interface. In cloud you can do it through the webservice which would allow you multiple ways to keep them in sync.
-
@Cain Mathe Welcome to the Atlassian community The Atlassian product family has a lot to offer and when you beginning using their products it can be a little overwhelming. This is why Atlassian has provided very robust and FREE training. You can access the training here: https://community.atlassian.com/learning I would…

@Andrew Overholt In addition to what @Arkadiusz Wroblewski shared. You can find all security related items in Atlassian Trust Center - https://www.atlassian.com/trust

@Vishal_Verma have you tried another browser or clearing your browsers cache to see if that fixes the issue?
-
@Gaven Ray Are you running a multi-node instance? If yes are you applying the change to each instance?
-
@Katharina Schöpf this is usually seen during the maintenance window. Are you still seeing that message? Are you able to access your confluence again?
-
@Jamie Stanczyk what are you using to identify the work item that will be updated? If it is everything under the initiative I would suggest using a JQL query that gets all the work item and updates them. Using issuekey in portfolioChildIssuesOf("WI-001") would provide all of the work items under the initiative and then you…

@Clare Simpson is there an active sprint for the project? If the answer is yes and your project is not setup for parallel sprints then the button will be greyed out. Are you the owner of the scrum board that you used to use?
-
@Hari Krishna I believe that they are talking about Atlassian Guard. You can use it to block the download of attachments - https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/prevent-attachment-downloads/
-
@david cockrell did you copy and past this content from another website? If the answer is yes there is most likely CSS or HTML impacting it. The screenshot you shared of the pages HTML is only of the paragraph section. You would need to look further up to see if there is a div or something else impacting layout.

@Mike Short If the current administrator will not make you an admin or if there is another issue you will need to work with support. Even then they might not be able to help you depending on how it is setup. I would suggest working with the current admin and following the instructions that @Carlos Garcia Navarro provided.…

-
@nagata shumpei Have you checked to make sure that they have the same permissions as a user that you are able to add to the team? Have you plugged both users in the permission helper?
-
@shane-nz for things that are repeatable and done over and over again we will create what we call binders. The are a set of pages that we hide from many of the users but allow certain users to copy. We have maintain and update them to be in line with our processes and procedures so that their is consistency. The users can…
-
@Mark Rutz you would have to remove yourself from the review.
-
@humberto welcome to the Atlassian community You will need to talk to your Admin and have them change the session timeout.
-
@sravani vennapusa You can use Jira automation to accomplish this. There is a KB that can walk you through the steps that you will need to take to get what you are asking for mostly in place. https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/select-approvers-automatically-based-on-a-field-value-in-jira-forms/

@noren uwaifo Here is how to deactivate / remove your Confluence subscription - https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/ Here is how to delete your Atlassian account - https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/

@Eric Lopez Like @Amanda Barber stated it sounds like you are logged in with the wrong account. Are you using Android?
-
@Orosz Gábor If you are talking about the new feature to meet FedRamp requirements, in Goverment Cloud, you still control who can download documents but could set it so no one can for security purposes only allow individuals to view the documents. Is that the feature you are referring to?
-
@Jessica Gigli Are you following the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/loom/docs/upload-a-profile-photo/ and updating it on your Atlassian profile? Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
-
@Jason Koch I am assuming that your are using Chrome, if that is the case can you login with your Atlassian account in a different browser? I see this happen when the Google account is logged into the Chrome browser and Atlassian uses this instead of the Atlassian account. Let me know if you are using Chrome or not?
-
@Ángela Basilisa Camacho Huanay even though you are an admin your account still has to be granted access to Jira. There is a help doc here about this https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/youve-logged-in-as-an-administrator-but-you-dont-have-access-to-any-jira-applications/
-
@Jeremy Wood The easiest way to ensure that they do not loose insights into the work item is to Clone it and leave the JSM work item in place. You can then create an automation that will move the status of the JSM work item and even provide updates based on the information of the Jira work item in the project. I have done…

@John Sampson Majority of apps are associated with the user count of the instance. For example if you have a Jira instance with 30 users the app installed on the issue would be billed at the 30 users. If you have another instance like Jira service management that has 5 users then it would be free.…
