@Matthew_K_Gibb is this happening in all browsers? Does clearing your cache help improve it? Do you have multiple organizations to choose from. Can you share a screenshot?
-
@Tammy Wilder drag and drop should still work. Are you having the issue in all browsers? Have you tried clearing cache.
-
@Alison Files If you would like to use automation to do this then you will have to have some sort of unique identifier to tie the two work items together. Is there something like that on the ITE work item in the ITE project?

@Turab Aliyev Welcome to the Atlassian community You will need to remove the account and add a new one. Open Accounts: Navigate to Tools > Options and click the Authentication tab. Remove Old Account: Select the old username/account and click Remove. Add New Account: Click Add and enter the new username and…

@Brett Peers I would suggest reaching out to support to see if that is expected behavior or if there is a configuration issue App Support I looked through their documentation and did not see anything about it there.
-
@Manuela Mayer For the creation issue I would suggest that you clear your browsers cache as that sounds like a browser cache issue and see if that fixes the issue. Have you tried doing a resynchronization from the project box? This can be useful if your box is no longer syncing with Jira.…
-
@LUIS BOLIVAR I would suggest reaching out to the app support. You can purchase apps on a free plan. You might not have any payment information on your account and that could be causing the issue.

At work. I was looking for a better solution to our current bug tracking apps and stood up Jira to check it out. Was able to do so much more than BugZilla and the rest is history.

@Siddik Shaikh I am assuming that you are using setting up a Rovo MCP https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/Configure-Atlassian-Rovo-MCP-server-permission/ Per Atlassian's documentation for that error: * "We are having trouble completing this action..." — Ask the user to retry. If persistent,…
-
@Rodrigo Nunes I am assuming you are getting this when creating an automation in Confluence as that is where I have seen this in the past. You will need to check the action(s) on the automation and make sure that the user account that has been assigned to run the automation has the proper permissions to execute the action.…
-
@Unfinished Sentenc I have escalated this to Atlassian support. They can take a look as see if it is still available to restore.
-
@Credentailing I am just a community member so I cannot see that information. You can check it though by doing one of the following: Check Workspace Settings: Click on your Workspace name in the sidebar, select Settings, and look for the plan indicator. Review Billing Tab: Go to Workspace Settings > Billing to see your…

@Jacob_Beu welcome to the Atlassian community Try this: * go to terminal in your project folder. a. run git config credential.helper store * run git pull * input your username and password * go back to sourceTree and run Fetch or Pull, it does not ask your password again.

@Derek Fritz welcome to the Atlassian community It really depends on how you are authenticating. Have you tried updating the credentials? are you using PAT? If you are using PAT you will need to regenerate.
-
@vmarcell welcome to the Atlassian community The best long-term solution is moving the credential helper files to a new folder and path that does not contain localized characters.
-
@Credentailing if you are on a free plan you will be limited to 10MB. Paid plans allow for 250MB. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-attachments-to-cards/

@Unfinished Sentenc Prior to your recent attempt to access the data, when was the last time that you accessed it? Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate Free subscriptions due to inactivity. Typically the inactivity period is 120 consecutive days of not accessing the instance. As an instance approaches that limit email…

@Phil If the field exists on the sub-task you can populate it with the parents information through an automation. We do this for fix version, components, and other information. We have an automation that updates them when they are changed on the parent and one that adds them when the sub-task is initially created or…

@AShaeffer is this happening in all browsers? Is it happing on all computers? Can you share a screenshot?
-
@Birendra Pratap Singh welcome to the Atlassian community Thank you for sharing. If you're using the Atlassian toolset it will help you be successful with the project you are starting.
-
@Daniel Hampel Thanks for reporting this.
-
@Musthafa Gulam welcome to the Atlassian community Are you experiencing this issue on all computers running sourcetree connecting to your Azure Git Repo? Are you having the same issue on multiple networks? Have you checked to see if this is possibly a network issue?
-
@Christian Castro Sourcetree is free no mater what version you are using. Sourcetree Enterprise is a specialized version of the Sourcetree Git GUI tailored for managed corporate environments, allowing IT administrators to deploy, control, and update the application at scale via MSI installers. Unlike the standard version,…
-
@Sandy Ore Could you share a screenshot of what it is you are seeing? Boards in both cloud and data center do not have the option to display images on a card. If you are on the actual Jira work item and it has a lot of attachments, you can minimize that attachment area and it will remember that in your browser as the…
-
@Naman Sogani This is doable using Jira automation. if you have 5000 combinations that will be a lot to maintain. It would be a lot to maintain regardless even if you used ScriptRunner or something like that. Since you are on enterprise you would not need to worry about automation limits. There are apps like this that…
-
@Mary B currently you are only able to create a form. The delivered product does not offer tabs, steps or other form navigation styles. If you use the create issue you can create tabs in the create screen to better organize your work item fields.
-
Can you confirm that your account has access to that repo? Can you access it via a web browser?
-
@Nivash Mathuramuthu welcome to the Atlassian community This is due to the Git credential manager, Are you on a windows machine?
-
@Meng Tianlong welcome to the Atlassian community If you are creating and Atlassian account and nothing is happening I would suggest trying a different browser and if that does not work try a different email account.
-
@Francois Mathieu welcome to the Atlassian community Take a look at this KB and see if this resolves your issue https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/transition-screen-returns-internal-server-error-when-transitioning-issue/
