@Joshua Davis welcome to the Atlassian community Are the external users logged into your portal? How is your portal setup, customer permissions?
-
@Julian Governale Welcome to the Atlassian community Are you copying the text in the editor or from the field not in edit mode? If you are copying it from Jira editor to Confluence editor I believe that is the issue. It you just copy the text on the page will it transfer then?

@Zack Lathan Welcome to the Atlassian community In the HubSpot documentation I was not able to find any information on how to sync a custom field. It looks like they only map to delivered fields. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/install-and-use-hubspots-integration-with-jira
-
@Frank Hu are you a site or org admin?
-
@Frank Hu Welcome to the Atlassian community Can you click this link: http://admin.atlassian.com/ I will take you to the admin page where you can select settings from the navigation: On the settings page API keys will be in the left-hand navigation.
-
@Kirsten Miller I am not seeing anything in the app setup or in the documentation - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/start-shifting-from-opsgenie-to-jira-service-management/
-
@Misty Ramsdell Welcome to the Atlassian community We just used the API and integrated that into our support form. This gave us more control of the information that we collected, and we do not have to rely on the issue collector. The issue collector is an easy to use / implement solution, but you have less control over it…

@Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge welcome to the Atlassian community Have you inspected the page to see what is happening and where your error might be? If you can embed as HTML I would suggest going that route and see if it works.
-
@Ryan Scammell Welcome to the Atlassian community The checklist filter show all items that have not been resolved that are assigned to you. Even if a board has been closed it will still show up. I would suggest resolving them before closing the board.

The Glossary macro is not delivered and would have been purchased. Do you know which one you purchased?
-
@Andres PEREZ MORATO I have never seen that error in Cloud. I have seen it on Server but it was resolved. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-73212 Have you tried regenerating the embed code, I am wondering if something changed there. It would be very unexpected, but it is worth checking. Let me know what you find…
-
@Eric Zeller welcome to the Atlassian community I have escalated this to Atlassian support so they can help you.
-
@Omprakash Thamsetty I would suggest taking a look at the following marketplace apps: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=survey&product=jira&hosting=dataCenter You can install and trial any of these apps for 30 days to see if they will work for you.
-
@Andres PEREZ MORATO welcome to the Atlassian community Have you tried running the issue collector on a blank HTML page to ensure that it is working? It would be good to ensure that it is working prior to troubleshooting on the page it is embedded on.
-
@Marcella I was not able to find anything in their documentation. I would suggest submitting a support issue with the vendor to clarify how this works with guest users. My guess is that it is visible but you should confirm.…
-
@Kelly Hansen have you tried clearing your browsers cache or using a different browser?
-
@Gerald Fürnweger welcome to the Atlassian community The only setting that i could find in the documentation that could impact this would be here and is about the assignee. https://docs.devsamurai.com/teamboard-proscheduler/general-settings You could submit a support issue to the vendor…
-
@mdxyz welcome to the Atlassian community I have escalated to Atlassian support.
-
@Jonathan Porta I would suggest submitting a support issue to the vendor https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212709/issue-matrix-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support
-
@rahul_patil You should submit this to support. Is it just access to the JSM portal as a customer or is it access to the application backend,
-
@Sean Ryan are you still having issues?
-
@Christina Jetzschmann how are you creating your glossary? Do you have an app that you purchased from the Atlassian Marketplace?

@Lisa Leif Welcome to the Atlassian community What browser are you using? Are the links broken in all browsers? Can you share the steps you took to add the anchor link?
-
@Sean Ryan welcome to the Atlassian community Are you logging in with the correct credentials? Have you tried logging in on Firefox? If you are using Chrome and you are logged in with your Google account it might be trying to use that. You could try incognito browsing as well.
-
@Ankit kharola The initials are not an image on the profile so there is nothing in the object.
-
@Anupriya Jaiswal can you share what you are doing/screenshots? Do the pages have multiple components?
-
@Jumping Kangaroo welcome to the Atlassian community I would suggest that you work with your admin and take a look at what is happening on the server when you access the repo. It could be rate limiting or you need to optimize your instance. Here is some information to help you out.…
