@Star LLC Welcome to the Atlassian community This is always a challenge but having solid processes in place can really help make it a lot more manageable. We use Confluence analytics https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-analytics-to-see-how-content-is-performing/ to monitor content usage. Analytics can…

@Gal Fatal just to reiterate what others have said you should use request participant. You can just add it to the initial form in the portal when they submit and name it to whatever you need to help individuals share th e request on creation.
-
@Andrey Ivanov We had this on our data center instance and it was caused by our exchange server not completing the first request prior to receiving the second request. Thus the first request is a success and then the second one failing.
-
@Dan Rosser welcome to the Atlassian community I am not able to recreate the issue. Can you share a screenshot?
-
@Felipe Fonseca welcome to the Atlassian community Take a look at this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51650052/sourcetree-always-permission-denied-publickey

@aeharrison welcome to the Atlassian community You will need to manage your Atlassian account here: https://id.atlassian.com/

Great refresher.

Great refresher of all of Confluences capabilities.
-
@Erin Moye I am not sure. I have escalated to support so they can look into it.
-
@Laura If you are using Chrome please try logging in with a different browser or using incognito mode. Most Chrome users are logged into their browser via their Google account which I am guessing is different than your Trello / Atlassian account. The browser will try to use your Google account that is authenticated in the…

@Erin Moye is this occurring in all browsers? Have you tried clearing your cache? If you just recorded the video it takes time for it to process so you can download it. You might just need to wait.
-
@Rishikesh welcome to the Atlassian community Have you checked the load on your computer when you are using these tools? You might need more RAM or a better CPU to improve performance. I would start there just to make sure it is not a hardware limitation.
-
@noi Welcome to the Atlassian community I do not believe that SourceTree explicitly supports multi-session AVD. You would need to test it and validate out on your own what it can and cannot do.
-
@Kurino welcome to the Atlassian community When is the last time you accessed your BitBucket account? Are you sure you are using the correct account? If you have not accessed it for sometime then it could have been archived or deleted if you are on a free plan.

@Jerri Udelson on the Loom desktop interface you should see notes on the main navigation prior to recording.
-
@Florian Hartl _ Tailory GmbH I am assuming that you are the only admin on Confluence and at the org level. I am assuming that if the Atlassian account was deleted it would remove admin access. Since you are on a free account I will escalate to the support team. They will be able to see the status of the account and the…

@Jerri Udelson Loom has a built-in feature called speaker notes. I believe this is what you are looking for. You can learn more about it here https://support.atlassian.com/loom/docs/use-speaker-notes/
-
@milestonekr2 I have escalated this to Atlassian support assuming that you are still having an issue recovering your account. Without a paid account, access to the email I am doubtful that they will be able to do anything but thought I would still try.
-
The issue should be resolved are you all still having issues?
-
@Kunar If you do not know who owns the board or the board name finding it again will be difficult. If you know who provided you with the link to the board initially you could reach out to them again. You might be able to just take a look at your browsers history and find the link there which would allow you to mark it as a…
-
@Corinne Colangelo I am assuming that this just started, if that is the case do you have a anti-virus or firewall application that could be preventing the application from working? You might try reinstalling the application to see if it prompts for anti-virus or firewall permissions. Can you share a screenshot of what you…

@Marcelo Viana de Siqueira The jira.permission relates to permission so take a look at the permission scheme. The create has to do with the create permission on a project to create issues as you have explained but is limited to the specific work item it is associated with. It will allow the group associated with the…

@VLAS1 I am assuming that you are on a free plan so I will escalate this to Atlassian support. If you are on a paid plan, then you will need to pay for service again. On either plan I would suggest logging in and seeing if you can see the products or if they have been removed.
-
@Farrell Burkes I would suggest learning about what Jira and Confluence can offer and do together. You can take free trainings here: * Jira - https://community.atlassian.com/learning/catalog?product=Jira * Confluence - https://community.atlassian.com/learning/catalog?product=Confluence I would suggest looking at the…

I would suggest adding the following to the user.config <setting name="AnalyticsHasAgreed" serializeAs="String"> <value>False</value> </setting>Users are saying that this helps but does not fully solve the issue, but it is allowing them to work for longer periods.
