@dayanvirpa I believe manager is referring to the Git Credential Manager (GCM), a program that securely stores your username, passwords, and access tokens in your operating system's native credential manager. If you do not have that setup then my guess is that is why it redirects back to that screen because it did not find…

@Álvaro Briz welcome to the Atlassian community SourceTree crashing on specific repositories could be because the local repository is corrupt. Have you tried removing and readding the repo?
-
@PIOFFRET If you are using Scroll Viewport I would suggest submitting a support ticket to the app vendor K15t. You can do so here: https://k15t.jira.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/3 They should be able to answer any specific questions you have about what their product can and can't do. You can also review the app…
-
@rtamam If you followed the instructions here: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/configure-saml-single-sign-on-for-portal-only-customers/ then the portal only customers should be redirected at the time of login. You can also learn more…

@Katharine Lucic Does it play on your computer? If it plays then it is not corrupted and you should be able to upload to other applications. The issue might be the size of the video. How large is the video?

@[deleted] you can follow the steps here to downgrade your plan to the free plan - https://support.atlassian.com/loom/docs/downgrade-or-cancel-your-loom-plan/

@Eric Bieschke Did you just create the Loom? I have seen on larger Looms that sometimes it takes a while for all of the encoding to complete. So, if it is a long Loom and you just created it I would suggest giving it a little bit of time to finish encoding. If it has been a while and it is not working I would suggest…

@Ericson de Souza Roza please double check and make sure that you are following the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/import-and-export-jira-automation-rules/ Are you importing a cloud export? Are you a global administrator?

@rctneil Here are instructions on how to connect sourcetree to bitbucket using ssh. The steps to connect to GH should be similar. The instructions will show you how to generate the SSH key. https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/set-up-ssh-with-sourcetree/

@Gulzat welcome to the Atlassian community Is your question about sourcetree?
-
@Ma_ Yisha _Suzhou_ welcome to the Atlassian community I know that this is an older issue that was submitted to the committee, have you been able to resolve it? If not I would suggest upgrading sourcetree to the latest version and seeing if this fixes the issue. If that does not work, I would suggest trying it on a…

@Stefan Welcome to the Atlassian community I have not experienced this issue nor am I able to recreate it. I would suggest running the application in your default screen. This should ensure that the pop-ups are in the same screen. Since this question is older have you tried updating sourcetree to see if it was just a bug…

@ITDev It is not possible to prevent the user who creates a repository in Bitbucket (both Cloud and Data Center/Server) from having admin rights to that repository. The creator is automatically assigned as the repository administrator by default and there is not a way to change this. You can remove the ability for a user…

@Felipe Motta Per the documentation "If you add, remove, or rearrange the columns in the list view, these changes aren’t saved if you refresh, your cache expires, or you open the same space in an incognito or private window."…

@Tasneem Abdelhameed yes you can link to an initiative. In Atlas, copy/paste an initiative's Jira link into the where is the work tracked.
-
@Jason Cagle welcome to the Atlassian community I believe you can do the following: Modify configuration file: An administrator can increase the limit by adding the page.max.source.length property with a value greater than 5000 to the bitbucket.properties file and restarting the application.
-
@テラオタイキ welcome to the Atlassian community Unfortunately, the local repository has to be local. The local repository can be connected to the SSH repo but there is no way to make a remote repo a local repo.
-
Delegate work in Jira. This is a great way to make sure work moves forward while you are out.
-
@stso I am assuming that you are a Mac user you can do this if you are: Go to the Terminal and type this: git config --global credential.helper osxkeychain

@KI * Do you have one Atlassian account? * If yes is that account managed by your company? * If yes can you confirm that you have access to that app? * If no are you the admin on your instance?* If yes have you setup BitBucket?
